OYO 19357 Reda Right Taste

Rooms are ok...but washrooms are shabby and flush doesn't work in most of the rooms...has faulty lift so keep this in mind before booking especially if you have elderly guests. Top management is desperately after money and once money is out of your pocket, lifts and flushes and washrooms won't work. Staff is really nice and tries to make up for the negative points, food was superb.Have enlisted positive and negative points, which would help in decision making.

My worst ever hotel experience till date for many reasons. First, while booking they said that the room rent is 1800 and we give a 10% discount. While paying the payment at the end they add 18% GST . Till date I have visited hotels in almost every part of the country. Never seen this kind of cheating. For your kind information GST is 12% for the rooms under 7500. Dont teach all this GST to me. Second, they have tv and lift but they are not working. Third, they have rats to sleep with the guests. Fourth, toilet are worst. My aunt had suffered from urine infection just after check out. Fifth, nonsense management behaviour. Many more........

The restaurant is good with special party areas,. separate non veg and veg eating place at ground floor and combined veg + non veg area at second floor. We also get special party area where you can throw any non alcoholic parties like birthday party, kitty party, etc. The restaurant is fully air-conditioned and the food is great, but the serving facilities are not that good.

I will never go to a bad restaurant in my life. No one else should go to a very expensive restaurant. The face is not good. Don't visit

Taking into consideration that I am a vegetarian, their food was good but their service was abysmal until last year. Things have taken a 360 turn this year with their service improving, waiting time decreasing but their food has certainly downgraded. On my last visit, hot and sour soup was too chilly and on complaining returned with a sweeter version (which part of hot and sour is difficult to understand i wonder!) The chilly potato was too oily, the schezuan noodles having lumps of salt scattered, the dosa sambar being too sweet to my liking. Also the ambience was too dark. They could certainly do good with some professional chefs and a better management.

One of the very rare classic restaurant of hindmotor. Ambience is excellent. Staffs are very well behaved. Now coming on to the food. Today we had - 1. Tandoori chicken - The first piece that I got was undercooked. So they exchange that with another set (read two) of chicken which was yum to have with dhaniya sauce and salad. 2. Jeera rice - A bit oily but it was overwhelmed with its taste. 3. Butter nun - It was really soft , juicy indicating that the dough was well prepared. Frankly speaking, it was comparable with any big shot restaurant of Kolkata 4. Chicken chatpata - Tried this new dish. It is worthy to speak that this experiment proved to be excellent. It had the blend of both north indian and bengali recipe. Recommending everyone to have this if they visit Reda, Hindmotor.

Worst Hotel I have ever come across.. I booked 6 rooms here. At the time of booking I was being told that if I cancel before one month then I will get refund of advance amount after cutting a minimum amount. Due to unavailability of more rooms (As I needed three more rooms) I cancelled the booking one month before. But after my cancellation they simply denied to give my money back. I spoke to Mr. Shiladitya who is responsible for accounts, he told he will let me know after few days. From then it is three months past, but I didn't get back a single penny. Now Shiladitya didn't receive my phone call. I paid 23000/- as advance, they rob my entire advance. Such unethical behavior of staff and management is really shameful. Be aware of these fraud people. Besides that food is horrible here. They charged like three star hotel but serve food even lower quality than street food.
