I have been visiting this place for the past 5 years... It's been almost an every year affair, the staff are very good natured and food is awesome.. My family and my kids love going there so will visit again..

Beautiful experience. Wish to visit here many more times to enjoy the beauty of the place , awesome food and right place to spend leisure time. All the staffs are very polite and helpful.

We took 2 rooms. Oak 1 & 2. Oak 1 was very good. Oak 2 was stinking very badly from the bathroom. Intolerable. One of the Basin taps (cold water) was off (in oak 2). Other things are quite too good.

A little bit costly and the location is ok. You have to visit by personal vehicle. It's situated inside of a tea garden.

A calm and peaceful place in the middle of the jungle and tea garden, food was not so good but considerable .

Totally Worst for Food ....When You Order something and If they dont have that food they serve u another food and they even dont say it when the customer caught then only they will say to you .... Example happens with me yesterday i order mutton roganjosh and some much more items they serve me one kind of mutton dish and the taste was worst our mom make 100X better than them and Other items are average not satisfied with price and Quantity...When your going to this place think 10 times ..

Amazing service and food. Rooms could have been better

Location was very good surrounded by Tea Estate. Plan and layout of the facility was also good but the room in the cottage was a bit crammed and so was the attached toilet. Thus, comfort in stay was missing.|Lack of training was also observed among the housekeeping and restaurant staff. The management needs to inject professionalism in the day to operations of the Resort.
