OYO Aspiring Views Diamond Harbour

The location is quite good .. Someone can spend the weekend here peacefully .. Just sit at balcony and watch the simple and calm view of Hooghly river and sometimes you can see big ships are passing by .. Food quality is normal . The service is also good . At the ground floor their is a Liquor shop also . You can enjoy them on their bar or in your room ... The place is approximately 3-4KM away from diamond harbour town for that reason the place is very very calm ...

The most awful hotel guys I ever talked to. After the conversation, I canceled my confirmed booking (booked through OYO) as I didn't feel comfortable about the safety of my family at the hotel. If they could behave like that even before I visited them, wonder how they'd behave once me & my family was at the hotel. Wonder how people have rated this hotel so high. Not sure those are paid reviews!

Nic hotel and nice staff behaviour really good..and also safety food also good overall very good experience for me.

View wise its great but they charged me extra money at the time of check out.

Food is really very good resort campus and excellent food service Awesome place.. Beautiful.. Suitable for bachelor and family or couples as well as family.. garden really beautiful.. The ambience has the touch of nature and very well maintained.. really I enjoyed!!! And special thanks to saikat mandol

Not ideal for solo travellers or single family.. Road are very narrow to drive. Hotel is good. Rooms are good. Food also good but not so good.. Absolutely offbeat place near diamond harbour.

Though I had confirmed booking (from Booking.com) and paid 50% to OYO as advance, upon reaching the hotel I was told that no rooms were available. The staff were rude and told me to look for some other hotel as their room was under maintenance. I asked them to show me the room that was being repaired, but they could not show me, That clearly indicated that they were lying and perhaps they have given my room to someone else with a higher price. This OYO and Booking,com do not take care about what I had to face and upon contacting OYO customer care I was suggested to book an alternate hotel that was 40 km away (ridiculous). I will not suggest anyone to stay at this hotel because (1) it is located at the interior of a village (2) there are no shops or nothing around (3) property manager will never talk to you directly and will only send staffs (3) the are liars (4) greedy

Awesome experience and delightful service at the hotel. Experienced staff, amazing window views and cost effective place to stay when you decide to pay a visit to diamond harbour.
