OYO 46827 Resort Heaven Inn

The manager is really arrogant and not a professional. When we went for check in, he was busy on the phone, we asked for check in but he was like don't care about the customers. The hotel cum resort is a nice place but the staff wasn't quite professional, they were like they are not there to serve you. Everyone is busy on their smartphones watching movies or something else. They even didn't serve the water to our room, we have to bring our own water bottles. Not recommend till they improve their quality of services.

First of all, the name should be hell inn resort. It is not a resort at all, may be when it started. Please don't book this place if you are going with family. Each room don't have individual geyser. Two side by side rooms has only one geyser which resort has this kind of system I don't know. Bathroom window was broken and it was covered with newspaper. You will not feel safe at this place as people will be drinking in the ground. Book this place only if don't care about safety of your family. This hotel doesn't even deserve 1star. Don't book in Hell.

We visited there in 2019march for our college trip. Rooms had not so clean but food service good. Serviced not so good. location is good for visiting jaldapara and near by location

This is a strange place. Rooms were not bad when constructed. Bathroom was good, furniture too. In the middle of the cottages there is a garden of gmelina. But it's of a long forgotten past. Now the rooms, bathrooms, garden everything bear a mark of neglect. One man service system falls apart quickly. The owner left in the middle of the night when AC in my stopped working. Cook is not bad, in fact he cooks quite well, but his repertoire is small, beside a general curry of charmagaj and nuts he doesn't cook anything else. It's a pity that such a nice property is run so unprofessionally by the owner. One more thing, they charged me Rs 2824 per night, which I think quite high for such a mediocre hotel. I must at the same time, apart from the state govt run two tourist lodges madarihat has no good places to stay. So this resort under discussion might become your only choice if you don't get booking in govt lodges.

I had a very bad experience. Staff is good but rooms r nightmare. I changed d room twice cz of lizards and rats and no maintainance at all.Bedsheets and rugs were eaten by rats. Doors are broken and have many holes on the walls.

Rooms are decent for quoted price.. you can witness a great hospitality here at heaven inn. Also, thumps up to the restaurant here. They serve really delicious food and specially non veg dishes..

We stayed here during our Jaldapara visit on 23/10/2018. It is situated on main road almost within 1km.from the Booking counter for Jungle Safari. One can take toto from the main road to reach the jungle gate. But if your safari time is at morning then you may face trouble as because toto service is infrequent at mroning even at 7.30 am. Now talking about the hotel our rooms were at the main building, room condition was average, bathrooms were clean. I heard they have AC, Non AC cottages, swimming pool within the compound but didn't have enough time to visit the area. What I really enjoyed of this place is the food served. Ours was a team of 8 people, for whom they offered us Rs.500/day pacakage for food, in which lunch with fish or egg, evening tea & snacks, dinner with chicken or egg, next day breakfast and tea were included. Foods were really good & adequate, behaviour of the staffs were gentle & cordial. Overall if you haven't got booking in Gov't Accommodation you can think about this place.

Good hotel, well maintained rooms and ambience. Food is also served. It's fresh and quite delicious, services are good enough. You can contact authority for planning tours and travels nearby. There is also a bar and cottages in the backdrop.
