Polash Bari (A Nature's Crib)

We have recently visited Polash Bari (Nature's Crib) Resort and I must say its is worth visiting in terms of view, rooms, food quality & service. Food is extremely good and adequate in quantity, all rooms are view room, Staff behavior & service is just awesome. Santanu da, the Manager of this resort is very helpful. There is a short trail of 500 mts from the resort and that's too mesmerizing while sunset and sunrise. A must visit place.

Wonderful visit for enjoy with family and friends. You can spend some times in lap of nature. Lovely natural atmosphere. Look like hidden gem of west bengal, India. The whole Gajaburu range in front of you. Last 1 and half kilometer road are worst. Did not go in monsoon. Winter the best season for visit.

We, some university friends with our family members, spent two days at Palashbari at the foothills of Gajaburu Hills, Ajodhya. What a lovely ambience the resort has, with the hills in the background and beautifully arranged cottages and the trees and plants all around! The owner is a down-to-earth man and so is his wife. A lovely couple, a smiling couple, always ready to serve the tourists in spite of their own professional commitments in the other fields. And the food!!! Just wowwww!!! For the food alone I could go there several times. Over all, the trip was a feast to the eyes and feast to the stomach as well.

The location was okay but the behaviour of manager was very very rude. Firstly he shifted us to a different cottage on day 2 of our stay which was smaller and not well maintained while he checked us in on day 1 in bigger cottage but took the money for bigger cottage only on both days and water was not coming in the bathroom at midnight and early morning. Upon raising the issue the manager started shouting on us. Pathetic behaviour so please be aware of the manager's behaviour here once you check in and do advance payment.

In the lap of the Hills your resort rests. Open your eyes with beautiful Scenic View and Birds Chirping. Brilliant location for the nature lovers Humble staff to serve you and serve the stay

Worst Resort. Totally west of money & time. It's not a family resort. Service is too low,,, staff are very much unprofessional. Behaviour is so rude. The room is average. Thay charged 2500/room/day but they don't have a TV in the room. Staff are very rude. Even they don't have any knowledge about food service.

We stayed in the resort for three days. We are overwhelmed with the warm hospitality, specious room, beautiful ambience, and delicious food. Santonu is a beautiful person. Somnath and all the staff are very well behaved. We will visit again for the amazing experience of three days.

Good for a weekend getaway . Must reserve a car to reach the location from Purulia station . Rooms could have been cleaner. Food was amazing, both quality and quantity wise. The barbeque and bonfire were good.
