Had been there for a family dinner, with a total of 24 people, and yet the service was surprisingly good, although one or two items they mixed up yet the quality was top notch, ambience could have been better. And baby corn taste could have been better, I loved the fish finger batter, it was too good. Would definitely recommend the food. But would like it if the ambience was better and if they did something about the bug control during pujo time.

Food quality is good. swimming pool is good but don't forget to bring the costume else Rs. 250 to be charged person. Only issue is with the quality or type of mattress. All the rooms have mattress which has springs which has affected my sleep & back a lot. Believe me I stay at least 2 days a week in hotel but never found this kind of mattress in any hotel.

Its an excellent hotel to stay in Tarapith. Its located not in the concrete jungle and congested area around the Temple but its just a KM away. Rooms are good but the bed and mattress is terribly bad and uncomfortable. Food is surprisingly fabulous , both starters and dinner was excellent. I ordered for Chinese dishes for dinner , the taste and quality I never expected in a place like Tarapith.||The only problem is that if you want your bed tea early you wont get as the staffs are not available before 7am. Moreover they are constructing a swimming pool which will be ready soon. Overall an excellent stay.

Bad experience with the night shift manger Soo arrogant. Don't have ethics of hotel management.. kindly think before you hire a staff Action must needed

it was a nice stay in a great three-star hotel aspiring to reach five-star excellence. they welcomed us warmly and solved our boarding problem in professional manner. the room, our stay at the hotel and quality food of versatile as well as exquisite taste gave us a very pleasant experience. thank you, mehak-e-punjab.

ambience, location, friendly all are good except pool water as its quite dirty. 1st day of our check in, i was amazed with surprise about the quality of their food. the food was simply awesome but the very 2nd day, i feel disappointed about their food quality as it was worst to take except fish fry. some of the stuff are friendly , some are working just as a employee. so its ok. but overal if you want real peace with relax , then i suggest you to go there.

The water was freezing cold when I visited in the month of january . The charges of the food items in the restaurant is expensive. The taste of the dishes are good though it charges too much. The rooms are spacious and clean with king size bed. Though it is too far from tarapith mandir. Worth visiting. Hope you enjoy your visit. Overall the service was good.

Don't be deceived by the look s of the external appearenap of the building. Staff are absolutely arrogant. Extremely unsafe for kids as balcony walls are too low and very dangerous. No proper room service and because its very far from town no one stays or eats there and almost every food item comes out from the freezer. To my surprise 2 days i was served un hygienic food which I had to return and still they collected the money for it. 3rd day iItook food from outside. Manager is very rude and treats guests as if we are staying there for free. They don't even turn the generator on during powercuts. You eontwobe able to handle stinking smell right next to the kitchen. I would never ever go to this hotel again
