STAYMAKER The Gharana Hotel and Resort

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, the food was delicious and reasonably priced, and the swimming pool was a perfect retreat. Thank you for such a wonderful experience--I'll definitely be back!

Rooms are really very nice , spacious,clean..Service is also very good .Peaceful area...The Swimming POOL is like cherry on top ..Very nice ,enjoyed a lot ..Pool side music in the evening is very impressive.. . Only concern is ,Food is not worth the price .Quantity wise price is not appropriate .And tastes basic .. . .We choose ZOMATO for dinner .. . .Location is very offbeat ,,, No medicine shop or emergency kit u will get at instant... .Cost 100 rupee (1 toto reserve) to reach the resort from Prantik station .. "Sonajhuri haat" is also not very far. . All together , for weekend refreshment and chilling ,, it's a nice place .

Bedroom is more lower quality and degraded for the price paid it is located in a very remote location no landmarks nearby for more than 3 km. We came in at 11 am and asked for the menu and ordered food for which they said "breakfast will be served in 1 HOUR" we asked at the reception that whether a heater is there in the bathroom (mentioned in the app we booked it in) and they simply replied with a flat NO and then we asked them to give us hot water and that we would pay for the hot water but they still refused. In the evening we came back and asked for 2 cups of tea which took almost 45 mins and tasted simply awful it tasted more like milk . Overall BAD HOTEL BAD SERVICE AWFUL STAFF AND DISGUSTING FOOD

Those people are want to stay outside of city sounds, One of the best places for them... Very pleasant stay, Rooms are very good with all amenities, Food quality is also good, and staf behaviour is also very good.... Overall if u stay there, your,s weekend is memorable

Our stay at gharana resort was very good. Service is very good. Staffs are very polite and friendly. The ambience is also good for both family and friends stay with one swimming pool and large park inside with childrens' playing area. Food is also tasty and healthy. Overall a good experience.

Good place with ample space to spend with friends. Swimming pool is an added advantage to cool in the summer. Cleanliness though must be given priority.

If u want to spend some good times under the shade of trees then it's a very good place for u. Trains can be seen from the balcony while having coffee. Overall good place. Staffs' behaviour is nice.
