The Pavillion Beach Resort

I recently had the worst hotel booking experience of my life, and I feel compelled to warn others. I booked a room at pavillion beach resort through their agent expecting a comfortable stay, but what I encountered was a complete disaster from start to finish. They promised beach side rooms 7,8 but on reaching location they denied booking , said those are already booked. I was forced to wait for over an hour at the front desk while the staff, who were incredibly rude and unhelpful, refused to take any responsibility.

Very bad management and communication problem, first we booked the sea facing room by phone call , then we confirm that by WhatsApp,the person Sanjay (the agent according to the hotel person) confirmed us about that sea facing room, after confirmation we have advance for that room, but when we reach the hotel, they said that the room has been occupied by a family and they denied about the confirmation that they did to us, and they told us to manage that. Very worst experience. Please never go that resort.

This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The poor management. Denied promised sea side rooms. Not recommendeble. Avoid the pavilion beach resort for stay.

Loved the ambiance, pet friendly, and well behaved staff, I forgot my charger they even called me and returned it. Simply amazing experience I would definitely go again

First of all the property has its great view..amazing location. And the behaviour of the owner and stuffs are really good..service is also good.worth the money. Cleanliness of rooms and washroom is maintained.. Hope you guys meet you again.Thank you..must recommended

Excellent hospitality, The owner behaviour and gesture is excellent ... The resort situated exactly next to the beach so view is outstanding. I have been there for Honeymoon. I just loved the place. I would love to recommend everyone. Thank you so much for the warm hospitality and the gesture . Hope to see you again

Highly not recommended. One can't get room by one's own preference. Moreover, compromise should be made from tourist end at most. Rubbish.
