ST Apple Beach Resort

The resort location and food is good. Every room is sea facing. But be aware if you have booked through Agoda, they may not accept booking. Call them in advance.

Hotel St Apple one of the best hotel at Mandarmani. Specially staff behaviour excellent. Initially I talked with Mr Tapas (GM of hotel). I just impressed to talk with him. Just as he explained and practically I got it. Service also superb and Food also Waooo. Thanks to management team and also to Mr Tapas..... It was just fabulous stay in Room No 209

We have been to this resort during Holi this year. This year was our 7th visit to Mandarmoni for Holi celebration and this was the worst resort compared to other 6 resorts we have been to. The manager was not at all welcoming rather he described all the rules as if it was a boarding school and he was the principal there. When we are having our time , playing music and dancing near the sitting area , he kept on toiling around to keep an eye which was disgraceful. The food was pathetic, and taking separate charges for children, they didn't even bother to make at least one item so that the children could have. When we told the same , they were not ready to take the feedback and arrogant that it was not possible to make one item without using food colour and lot of chilli powder. The staff were quite prompt and well mannered which made us survive all these nuisance. They had taken bookings for Holi but don't have the provision to play Holi inside the premises and asked us to play near beach under the scorching heat. There were no arrangements at all. Totally disgusted with overall experience.

If you are going for the location its a wonderful place...but please dont go for the food and the service....on the last day after having their ice cream i had an allergic reaction....no medicine shops nearby.....service is horrible...even a simple food like soup takes them one hour to prepare.....staff doesnt care about feedback...and everyone has an unnecessary attitude....better to avoid such a place
