Very spacious rooms with excellent room service and delicious food. The gravy chicken chowmin and garlic chicken was delicious. The hotel has a park where children can play. It is located 1 0 minutes away from Prantik station.

Today went for lunch with family. Had a horrible experience. They made us wait in the reception for half an hour ,after that when they called us for lunch,they insisted to change our seats for more than 3 times. Poor service, restaurant staffs have no manners.

The ambience, location and food is very nice. It's ideal for going out with family and friends. You can have a great day out with your loved ones for birthday celebration, anniversary or any other special occasions. Must visit.

Had a great stay with family. Staff behaviour was good, friendly and was always a call away. Their in house restaurant is henshel ghar which had a great food taste. I loved it and missing badly after leaving the place. Superb Quality and quantity of the food with very affordable price .

This is a nice hotel in Shantiniketan neat Shyambati bazar, about 15 minutes by Toto from Bolpur station and 10 minutes from Prantik station. Viswabharati University is 10 minutes walk from here. The hotel is neat and clean and well maintained. The swimming pool is very nice. The staff is courteous and service is honest. The food is quite good and reasonably priced like a restaurant. The triple room was a bit small and the AC was leaking water after running for whole night on the first day. The hotel is a bit costly at 3.5k for triple room but no complimentary breakfast.

I stayed with my family in super deluxe triple sharing room for 2 nights 3 days during march and it was a wonderful experience. Service - They provided very quick service and staff were very friendly, polite. Rooms - Rooms are neat and clean and staff clean your rooms everyday. They provided fridge, ac, almirah, 1 double bed and 1 sibgle bed, tea,sugar, electric kettle, towel, toiletteries, gyser,tv, slipper. Location - This is in the best location. Its on the road side only of shyambati bazar. Surroundings were peaceful, no disturbance at all. And sonajhuri hat is 1.5km approx from this location. If you take toto ride to sonajhuri hat it will cost you 20rs and 4 mins to reach . Food - They got inhouse restaurant and their restaurant is famous in this locality for the tasty, delicious food. Restaurant name is HENSHEL GHAR . We didnt expect such wounderful taste with so much affordable price. Even restaurant is open for outsiders apart from hotel guests. They dont allow outside food, and that is not even required when you get fresh delicious mouth watering food at very affordable rates inhouse only. This tasty food and at this cost I never experienced anywhere else in India. Surprisingly, you even may intake huge quantity but you will never be sick. I really had a good experience. We had breakfast, lunch,dinner,evening snacks for all days here in hensel ghar and we all were very much fit and fine. Thali system was avaible for lunch only. Rather its advisable to avoid street food as may not suit. Property - Oh beautiful ! Very much well maintained, clean, spacious. They got big lawn with kids playing area and a swimming pool at the backside. Also, you can see beautiful paintings made on the wall. Overall experience is fantastic and cant express through words. You can book directly with them and its better to do so as there are chances you may get rooms at a bit lower price than other third paty sites. I did it and I was benefited and I visited in the rush time during march where all hotels were full. Lucky got this. Thank you team Santiniketan Residency. Keep up the good work. Rooms are good & well maintained but athe price in which they are giving the room for me which was 3500 a complementary breakfast should be added, they don't charge you anything extra for the room amenities which are provided with the room like mini fridge, tea & all but at the time of check out THEY WILL CHARGE YOU 200 TO 300 EXTRA BY MAKING EXCUSES LIKE BEDSHEET CLEANING CHARGE WHICH I HAD TO PAY & WHICH I THINK A GUEST SHOULD NEVER PROVIDE AS IT IS IN-HOUSE. overall experience not so good you'll find way better places at this price range with better facilities.
