Hotel Sagar

I had a very disappointing experience at Hotel Sagar. While eating, I found a dead mosquito in the rice, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about food hygiene and cleanliness. This not only ruined my meal but also made me question the overall standards maintained by the kitchen staff. Cleanliness is basic and non-negotiable, especially in a place serving food to the public. I hope the management takes this issue seriously and ensures better hygiene in the future.

With the sun blazing at 44 degrees at 11 am, other hotels insisted on the check in time of 12 pm. At Sagar Hotel, we were immediately offered the room. The behavior of the staff was very good and co-operative. Food was very fresh and tasty. Surely my choice for my future stays.

I have stayed on 25.06.24. Behaviour of front office staff was very bad. Un-trained staff. Room is not spacious. Towels were very old.Restaurant food quality also not good. Not a good place to stay.

The service, house keeping and food was excellent during our visit on 12th to 14th August. I recommend to visit this hotel always during planning to stay at Suri. Regards - Anupam Banerjee
