Absolutely Pathetic Experience - Avoid at All Costs! We visited Vedam Resort and it was hands down one of the worst experiences we've ever had at a so-called "resort." The room service was non-existent, the staff were shockingly rude and completely negligent. The food is outrageously overpriced and nowhere near worth the cost. We had booked the place for a relaxing one-day stay, but it turned into a nightmare. The AC in our room wasn't working, and after multiple complaints, we were forced to change rooms three times. Imagine being shifted to a new room at 1:30 AM - that's how bad their management is. The worst part? When we complained, instead of addressing the issue professionally, the receptionist acted arrogant and snobbish. She had the audacity to call security to throw us out, and the security guy was verbally abusive towards us. This kind of disgusting and hostile behavior is not just unprofessional but totally unacceptable from any hospitality business. There is zero sense of customer service, absolutely no hospitality, and clearly no accountability. Strong advice to anyone even considering this place: check the rooms thoroughly before paying a single rupee and be prepared to deal with rude, untrained staff if something goes wrong - because it definitely will. Never coming back and would never recommend this resort to anyone.

From check-in to check-out, our experience was truly awesome. The place is beautifully surrounded by nature, offering a peaceful and scenic view. The rooms were well-equipped with all necessary amenities, and we especially loved the room's theme , it was very well thought out. All the staff were extremely helpful and attentive, making our stay even more pleasant. However, when it comes to the food, the taste was quite average. We suggest putting more effort into improving both the flavor and presentation of the dishes to make the dining experience as enjoyable as the rest of the stay.

Recently we booked our stay here for 2 days at the time of holi 2025. It was quite hot outside. Rooms were comfortable but not so clean, sofas was dirty, celing was dirty. Bathroom was nice. We had great time there. Pool was good, i won't say well maintained, but ok. The most important was the food area as it was hot outside and the food area was not fully AC. Food manager was not allowing us to turn on the cooller, i didn't know why. As we were with our small kid, we were exhausted while having our food. Food was ok with not much options for breakfast. Room service Staffs and other helpline staffs are very good. The place is over-all good to go, but not in the summers.

Rooms are great. Property is awesome, food is also good. But need to work on speediness of service. Probably, having the shortage of server issue. Serving 4 cup of tea takes 2 hrs. Facility timings are too stringent. But again, the property is really really awesome.

The rooms were pretty good. We stayed in Log Hut Shegun last night on 26th April. However, the mini fridge in the room wasn't functioning well or was very slow, to be precise. Even after repeated complaining, nothing was done. We had an icecream tub and that went into a deplorable state so we requested to keep it in their refrigerator but at night when we got back the icecream was in a worse state as it seemed they never put it in the fridge. Moreover, the behavior of the restaurant in charge was awful. He was talking to other people while we called to place our order. And, the reception lady told us that the order at the restaurant could be placed till 3.30 p.m. but get the food delivered at 4 p.m. or 4.30 p.m., however, the restaurant clarified "RECEPTION ER MADAM KICHU JANEN NA"...The pool experience is a great one. Too many mango trees and the storm gifted us quite a few mangoes... Jacuzzi was a great experience too... The parking space is good and food quality is good as well.

The Vedam Resort is excellent for short vacation. The rooms are all neat and clean and all the staffs are really very helpful to visitors. We would like to special thank to Soudipa who is very polite and cool. We impressed by her way of honesty and hard work. She manages her work very perfectly.

Bad experience.... We visited Vedam on February 2025. This was our 2nd visit. Obviously we visited 2nd time because we had a great experience first time. After our first visit we recommended this resort to many of our friends because of its service,food etc. But this time we are in for a rude shock. The service and staff behaviour has detoriated like anything. The fan regulator was not working. Filthy smell was coming from bathroom. TV was not working properly. Wifi was not working. We had to call them multiple time to fix all these issues.. Lots of reminders need to be given for things to be fixed. Per room they told that they will not give more than 2 tea bags, sugar, milk at a time. Ultimately when we escalated we got them as we require them next morning. My child was 6 years and they were charging 1.5K extra per day for him which is extremely high and we didn't need an extra bed also for him. At evening when we ordered 6 plates of starters they only gave a very small bowl of ketchup. With coffee they didnt give extra sugar also. If i could give negative rating I seriously would have. There was also communication gap between restaurant and reception. The only good part of this stay was next days breakfast which was having good variety and taste waa also good. P.S. When we were checking out of the resort we asked for their review form. We could see that lots of previous guests have complained about their poor services and similar issues that we faced. But sadly i think those were not addressed.

Had an exceptional experience. Service was good. Staffs were polite. Very well maintained resort. The musical beats all over would surely win your heart. Overall had a nice time and spent a perfect weekend there.
