FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD They produce false food bill amount to pay very confidently. Produce same repeated bill when asked for price breakup then manipulate in calculation. Produce lame excuses as mistake when caught, as they know very well most of the travellers don't have time to check thoroughly. They didn't prepare bill even after 1 hour notice before check-out to take such opportunity. Owner/Manager was very rude and careless about the complain. Location: Its far away from the town in a paddy field. You need to hire Toto for Rs. 200-300 to reach the town. Amenities: TV was not running. Very small beds, very small blankets. They book for extra adult but no extra bed provided. They offer a mattress in the floor in front of washroom as extra bed. Maximum time lift was out of service. WiFi was disconnected frequently ( Almost not working) Food & Drinks: Very bad quality. All most nothing available which is in menu. Even no milk available for children. Wrong food and cooking instruction delivered multiple times. They took 1 hour or more time to serve even just tea. Quantity of food is almost half compared to any other restaurant. Cleanness: No proper drain, Water overflowing to the room from washroom. bad smell

Not a good...waste of money...bed is queen size..only for two persons average service not a value...of customer service..

Spend a fantabulous Holi Festival in Hotel Subarnarekha , it's a beautiful property with huge and charmingly furnished rooms. There is a big, beautifully maintained garden which recalls the Shantiniketan of the past when there was space to walk, breathe the fresh air . The food is very tasty. The service is extremely polite and obliging . Loved every part of our stay here.. Part i liked- - Infant friendly (kids can play around the property). -very good staff, you ask for that and you get that. - Rooms are big and has proper balcony , clean and well accommodate washrooms. -proper car parking inside the property itself. Highly recommended for group of friends, families. Must visit & experience..

Little outskirts, 5 km from Viswabharati Campus. Rooms are clean. Cash only place. Elevator , parking available. Restaurant (non AC) is not so good. Neither AC available at Bronze rooms nor electric kettle, go for Silver rooms at least, if available. Staffs are OK. ...

Perfect Location. , 15 min from SONAJHURI HAT , As well as Viswa -bharati campus. Good hospitality of staffs. Clean and beautiful property as well. Most recommended for FAMILY , bachelor & couple. Value for money place ! Food is also good.

Rooms are very clean. Interior design is superior. Staffs are also friendly. Hotel has free Wi-Fi. A nice stay overall.
