The owner is extremely helpful but his son Agnitro Ghosh is very rude and does not have any idea on how to behave with the guests. The rooms were okayish and the food was overpriced and not satisfactory. The son of the owner has no idea about the roads of shantinekatan and misguided us regarding the location. The hotel is very far from station and from other attractions of bolpur.

Our experience was not much satisfactory. Our dormitory room was below average. There was no television. Air conditioner was not working well. No remote was provided. Doors were broken. Quality of food was not good, though it costs quite a bit. My suggestion is that they must hire a good cook and better the facilities of the rooms.. especially those of the 1st floor. Still the owner,Mr.Ghosh is a gentleman. Wish him good luck. Hope to visit again if the facilities get better.

My overall experience was not good at all. Inspite of prebooking after arrived at 1:30 pm still I had to wait for more than two hours. After several time asking they gave a dormitory room with poor quality washroom facility and finally we got our room at 4pm. Price for food and service quality is too high and manage the resort unprofessionally. There was no facilities of swimming pool, playroom, swing or seesaw for children. The behaviour of staff are good but the manager doesn't know how to behave properly.

This place is so amazing.. Pure bliss. We enjoyed a lot. Superb Class service. BIG Thank you Jugal da & Dipankar. Again we will come for sure.
