REASONABLE PRICE. NEAT & CLEAN. GOOD STAFF. PEACEFUL STAY. ONE CON IS NO RICE HOTEL LIKE SEALDAH. YOU CAN FIND LUNCH THALI AROUND RS 40 TO RS 70 AROUND SEALDAH, BUT NO GOOD LUNCH AVAILABLE HERE. FOR THIS I GIVE ZERO STAR.

Worst employee can't even imagine they behave with the customers. Never seen someone like this. Went to many 5 star hotels but this one was the worst.

It's great for a wedding celebration I would recommend it to everyone

Well behaved staff. Location close to Airport. Many shops near the hotel. Only disadvantage is there is no restaurant. However room service for food is available.

Very nice hotel, located in very cozy area, loved the location, lots of restaurants and food shops around the hotel. The rooms are very good, spacious and well maintained. Staff behaviour is very polite. They also have a small banquet, good for around 100 people. A seperate kitchen space is provided if u want to bring in your own caterer for a small parties. Can also be booked for wedding purpose. But booking have to be made very early.

I was there for 1 day. Its located few minutes from the airport. The location is good, you'll find good restaurants and shops nearby. The food and room service was good.||I got the rooms very cheap and the rooms were above my expectation compared to the rates. The size of the rooms were not very big, but that isn't a problem when you spend your time out of your hotel and come just for sleeping The reception and staff were well behaved.

This is an average hotel so don't expect anything extraordinary from this. I stayed here for one night as i had next morning flight to catch. The location was good and easily accessible. The rooms were okay but could have been more neater. Blankets provided were bit old but that's all u can expect from a budget hotel.

We stayed here for 4 days and it's a mixed experience:||||Pros:|| 1.Place is near kolkata airport so can be good use for transit purpose . || 2.staff are very nice and helpful.|| 3.We ordered breakfast & Dinner from hotel and it was good.|| 4. Place is in Bangur avenue ,near lake town ,there are lot of restaurants outside so you can try food outside as well.Place is nice.|||| Cons: || 1. This is a Guest House and not Hotel .They close main gate at night .So you need to inform hotel staff if you want to go outside or if you plan to check in at night else you will face trouble.|||| 2.We stayed in Deluxe room costing 2700/night and the below issues are observed :|| a)Hotel manager asked for marriage certificate which is pretty relevant when a couple travel alone but we checked in with our parents and faced an embarrassing situation during check-in .We submitted marriage certificate and then only we were allowed to check-in. Front office communication with guest should be more professional . || b)AC in Deluxe room has no remote so you can not control temperature.It can be extreme cold for you.You need to upgrade Premium Deluxe Room for that.|| c)The bed was clean but was not comfortable enough .They dint offer queen bed so if you have child /3 person in a room then it will be real problem.|| || ||||Overall as per the experience if you are paying 1200/night for premium deluxe room then this can be a good deal for you else it will be money wasting.
