I recently stayed at this place and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, courteous, and helpful. The room quality was excellent--clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We also ordered food from their in-house restaurant, Ruchikor, and were thoroughly impressed with the taste and quality. The next morning, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary breakfast, which was a great start to the day. Overall, a very pleasant and satisfying stay. Highly recommended!

Hotel rooms are smaller than what was mentioned in MakeMyTrip. When asked about the issue, No reply from the staff. Very disappointed. Bed spreads had visible stains. They are not clean. I need to ask them 3 times for extra cloth holders and normal drinking water. Poor service.

I don't know about the location but it's pretty good near to my home and hotels name is also very good. And rooms are also nice and clean just one problem the water bottles and coffee was arriving very lately so I am not giving that one sorry. Anyways the hotel is good...

It was really amazing experience to stay in this hotel. Hospitality is at its best level and foods are next to delicious. We really got a smoother and relaxing onboarding and offboarding hotel experience. Will plan to stay in the same hotel in my upcoming trips

Very good hospitality and service throughout our stay. Neat and clean rooms, cooperative staff. Couldn't have asked for more. ||Affordable rates and best in category stay. Highly recommended for family. We used it for the wedding. The banquet is also amazing.

My experience during a 3-day stay at this hotel was highly disappointing. The pillowcases and bedcovers were visibly unclean, and despite raising concerns, the staff mentioned they didn't have fresh replacements. The service was extremely poor, with staff being rude and unprofessional. Customer service seemed non-existent. During a bulk booking, there was a lot of mismanagement and misinformation. The night staff, particularly Mr. Kalyan, and the manager, Mr. Saurabh, were uncooperative and dismissive of concerns. Having paid the full amount in advance, it felt like the hotel took the booking for granted. I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.
