Super Collection O Salt Lake formerly Harry Guest House

We ended up staying at this hotel on 30 minutes notice as a group of 5 people for 8 nights because our previous hotel had cancelled our booking. We were able to booking this hotel on very short notice which was very helpful, and we had no other options. The staff were friendly and very helpful, printing out our passport and visas for us when asked, and generally were very nice. Location was also pretty ideal for what we needed. However, the cleanliness of the rooms and amenities left something to be desired. Rooms were generally very dusty, bed linens were stained and had holes in them, and the beds were just pieces of foam on a wooden frame. Our rooms weren't cleaned in the 8 nights that we were there, and considering the bathrooms are wet rooms, where we were coming and going with house shoes on, they got very dirty very quickly. Additionally, our bins were only emptied once which also wasn't ideal as we weren't able to flush our toilet paper due to the plumbing. Also, of our three rooms, only one had hot water, which made showering unpleasant.

A perfect place and value for money. The rooms are spacious. WiFi is great. Central location but quiet. The staff was absolutely amazing and helpful. Would definitely stay here again! Make sure to try the restaurant next door - Coriander. Amazing food. Went there twice it was so good

Very rude manager, I never recommend this property to anyone. Complementary breakfast not made available till 8:30. If you book online they provide you worst rooms and not ready to listen. Poor service, bad manager . Avoid such hotel for family stay

Pathetic room. There was hair's everywey. No clean room. Bathroom was pathetic. The washbasin and bathroom water drainage system was not working and water was logged in the washbasin and bathroom. They don't clean the room after checkout of the guest. They didn't chenge the bedsheet. They only put the bedsheet properly after checkout.

Nice room . Good ambience. Staff behaviour is excellent they are Very helpful . This is the best Guest House and specially thanks to Oyo for there nice service.

Third class experience... 90% time of the day there will be no water... It was happening in every room... Rooms are not clean, there was too much garbage already in the dustbin before we entered the room, the bathroom doesn't pass water properly, the flash doesn't work due to water shortage... Never choose this hotel...
