Voyage Milestone Hotel & Banquet

One of the best hotels in siliguri for a pleasant stay. Rooms are spacious, affordable and the food is very good. Must try this hotel if you want to spacious and affordable rooms. Staff members are also very helpful and respectful.

Good place, great staff, ample parking ( a bit tricky ), good food, calm and silent, stayed with my family the experience was nice. There is a liquor shop nearby just in case.

We had a 2 night stay in the hotel.. overall good but the room service was done in our absence. We went out and once we came back we saw the room was completely a mess . When asked.. they said they need to complete their job. This was done without letting us know. The other one was they charged a 20rs bisleri bottle for 40rs which is against the government policy. I know it's no big a deal for people but imagine earning 20rs extra from every customer. This is not fair to the ones who are staying in the hotel.

Its located 2mile rd, Check Post near Bhakti Nagar Police Station at Siliguri, The service and hospitality of staff was excellent. All over stays are satisfying. Really amazing. Food was delicious

Worse service. The hotel is full of Bangladeshi staff, wonder how siliguri administration is allowing this. Took an hour to deliver tea, and then messed-up my dinner order. And the staff was unapologetic for this. Never experienced it before.

Very bad service given by the male receptionist, he was rude and didn't provide any sort of help, me and my two friends we had checked in during the day , but one of my friend was coming from meghalaya so she reached at 11 pm...so when we went to check her in ...we told the receptionist boy who was at night shift to register her and he told us to send her id on WhatsApp and we did so but it seems that he didn't proceed with the process further...so later when we came back after dinner...he didn't allow her in and said that she isn't allowed ...he told if we give him 1500 then he will let her in ...he was trying to make us pay personally to him...so we refused to pay him and had to leave her in a different hotel at midnight....very rude and disrespectful behaviour...worst experience

The service and hospitality of staff was excellent. All over stays are satisfying. Really amazing. Food was delicious. Both the staff ms Nirjala ms Rachna was very helpfull. Thank you so much. Wonderful stay. Will visit again. Really highly recommended.
