I have visited Uchaiya by AR many times, and each stay has been an exceptional experience. The hotel offers magnificent hospitality and top-notch service. A special mention goes to the manager, Mr. Gautam Sarkar, whose charming personality, loyalty, and warm demeanor make every visit unforgettable. He ensures I feel welcomed and valued every time I return. He always saying me Guru Oli " Aap ka yeh naam hee kafi hai" so sweet to me. The rooms are impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the rooftop restaurant is a gem. It provides stunning views, a relaxing ambiance, and delicious food, making it an ideal spot to unwind. The location is another highlight, being close to Vega Circle, which offers great options for shopping and leisure. I've lived in America for fourteen years, working with renowned hotels like Marriott and Hilton, yet Uchaiya by AR stands out in its unique charm and personalized service. I'd also like to commend Mr. Arjun chetri and Mr. Bhuvan pradhan for their consistent support and excellent service. They are such a nice person. Thanks

Dont get mesmerized by the photos in internet. Please check the room before getting in. They have premium rooms but they also have really shitty rooms. Please check the room before getting the keys. I was charges 3000rs per night but provided with a room where the locks of room were not working . It wasa dark gloomy room . The tv was not working. The window opened in another dark alley full of mosquitoes. So please check the room before getting the keys

Rooms are good & but cleaning is not appropriate, Avoid staying at this property due to poor management. They failed to hand over the property on time at 12:00 PM, delaying it to 15:00 hours. Moreover, they began requesting an early checkout at 9:00 AM. Although breakfast was included in the package, they started charging extra after a single serving. Based on my disappointing experience, I would not recommend this property to anyone in my network.

Rooms are very clean and foods are very delicious .. very good service

The room was good, clean & spacious.. But the service was bad.. For example, they provided the wrong breakfast & took a lot of time to change it so had to leave the hotel without eating to avoid missing flight.. Also the telephone wasn't working in the room.. So you should improve in these aspects..

Review: Unprofessional, unethical and Violent Behavior of Hotel Manager Gautam I recently had the misfortune of staying at this so-called "hotel," which is actually a service apartment adjacent to a residential building. I booked the property through Agoda, lured by a VIP deal, and ignored the numerous negative reviews on Google. Regrettably, those reviews were spot on. From the moment we arrived, the experience was unpleasant. There was no welcoming atmosphere, dust was everywhere, and the reception area was managed by Gautam, the hotel manager himself. His behavior was utterly unprofessional--zero manners, hyper-temperamental, and borderline violent. Within 5-10 minutes of our stay, I was compelled to leave with my ailing mother and entire family. Gautam's conduct was the worst I have ever encountered in my extensive travels across the world, staying in both luxury and non-luxury accommodations. I have never seen such behavior from a hotel manager. His violent outburst was so alarming that I decided to leave the property, even though I had already made full payment. It felt like a scam, with fraudsters running the place who have no regard for their guests. I have full voice recordings of Gautam's behavior, which was almost violent. One piece of advice for future travelers: avoid this place at all costs. Book with a reputable hotel, preferably one with at least three stars. Don't fall victim to these scammers and fraudsters. Stay away from this property and save yourself from the worst experience of your life. If the hotel management has any integrity, please address the issues highlighted in this review.
