Treebo Sky Point

Rooms are neat and clean. Staffs are good. Parking is limited. You have climb some stairs and then use lift to go to hotel. This Treebo hotel is located in only one part of a floor. Safe for family.

Room quality is premium with affordable price.||||Mainly I like that they maintain good hygiene. Room and washroom are neet and clean.||||Food quality is good. Need to improve the variation of food.||||Thanks for serving the excellent service. Will definitely choose in future.

It was a terrible experience for us. It was so unhygienic, that upon entering the room cockroaches were running on the bed. When we asked to change the bedsheet he said only one staff is there so can't change it. Room was very unclean||To make situation worse at night AC was not working and when we complained or asked to change the room, he denied.

Hello, Everyone, I stayed on This hotel Sky point , it's a well maintained hotel. I am happy on staying this home like hotel . Staff & managers are too good & they have a nice behaviour....& One more thing rooms are also highly maintained & food quality, quantity & taste are also awesome...... Firstly I had oak room but they gave me normal one for 3 days but still I didn't say anything..... breakfast is usually same everyday.. .guys be aware to come ...not coming anyone in this property

I booked online at Treebos website. The manager called me shortly after and asked me to cancel the booking so that I could just pay them directly when i arrived. The next morning they requested i pay MORE than the rate online. After protesting they would not accept so I just payed in frustration. Then when I gave them money they didn't have any change. The rooms are very old and not like the photos The staff asked for tips even when they hadn't done anything. The entrance is very hard to find and it's very dirty

It's the worst hotel we have stayed so far. Booked via MakeMyTrip, costing around 3700 bucks per day with complementary breakfast n dinner. No restaurant available, serve food from some nearby food partner. Very limited items available from menu card. Serving time after order too long caused us to be late for our official work. Bed tea not served. In breakfast stale bread with frozen butter served with stale litchi juice which caused us stomach upsets. AC is dripping water constantly, bathroom exhaust fan was not working, loose wires hanging in the room with loose ends, TV not working at all. When we asked to meet the manager, he left the building like a coward without facing us and failed to turn up in our 4 day long stay. All in all it was a big harrasment for us all.
