Please DO NOT choose this hotel. Even though the rooms look amazing in the picture, there is no maintenance. We received dirty used pillow covers with hair strands in it. There was dust all around. They lack staff and do not even provide the most basic things like complementary water, kettle or essential toiletries. The TV doesn't work.

Rooms have now been renovated, nice and fresh look! Clean and minimalistic...added wooden flooring so it's got a nice look.... Washrooms and bright, lit up and have all amenities, including customised shower gels! They offer complementary water, tea/coffee bags. In house restaurant & bar has great food.. steamed momos & fish fingers are a must try.... Special in house discount on food and drinks for in-house guests!

Nice and cozy rooms, booked 2 rooms..clean and bright bathrooms with toiletries. Rooms have big size mirrors and dressers. Rooms are equipped with kettles, complementary water and coffee/tea bags.. rooms have work desks. In house dining at Kabira Restaurant & Bar is nice!

Rooms offered are completely different from what they show on the app, and what you book. You book a queen bed, and get twin beds.

New Rooms are a|mazing equipped with 5g wifi, complimentary water and tea. Washrooms are also very neat and well maintained. The hotel also has a bar which is pretty affordable. Their fish finger is a must try. overall good experience. Value for money!!

I stayed in one of the recently renovated rooms, overall experience was pretty good. Centrally located, staff is courteous and helpful. Food was good, especially the chilli paneer, chilli chicken and momos. Would definitely visit again, just for the food!

Good for small events with really good food. Rooms are dingy with no proper facilities no toothpaste or brush in the morning. Washrooms are a nightmare!
