Exceptional Dining Experience at The Loft Hotel, Siliguri I had the absolute pleasure of dining at The Loft Hotel in Siliguri, and I cannot praise the kitchen staff enough for their outstanding service and dedication. A special mention goes to Birendra, the shift manager, whose attentiveness and professionalism ensured that every detail was perfect. He made sure nothing was ever missing and even adjusted the spice levels to suit our preferences, making our dining experience truly personalized and enjoyable. Another gem of the team is Ayush, our server, who was incredibly sweet and attentive. His warm smile and thoughtful service made every meal even more delightful. What truly sets this kitchen apart is the impeccable cleanliness and professionalism, which can be seen firsthand through the glass window. The team works with such precision and care, reflecting their passion for great food. And of course, the highlight - the food itself. Every dish was crafted with attention to detail, rich in flavor, and absolutely delicious. The effort and dedication put into each meal were evident in every bite. I highly recommend dining at The Loft Hotel. It's not just a meal--it's an experience!

Good hotel in Silugiri located in a busy area with shops/ hotels. Rooms are good and also food is good. Parking is available. Place also serves as marriage hall and therefore, when marriages are on (like it was when we stayed), lots of noise will be there -- guests, crackers and bands etc. That can be a issue otherwise, nice hotel to stay.

Everything of this hotel is good beyond that I'm giving 3/5 rating because the bed sheet and pillow covers were discolored, which was quite unpleasant. We hope the hotel takes steps to improve their laundry and housekeeping services. Until then, it's hard to recommend this hotel. Would you like me to add anything else?

A wonderful stay. Front office is very efficient....all the staffs are Very good..... Virendra from dining is very cordial and efficient. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Lots of shopping places are nearby. Thirty minutes from airport.

Incredible hotel. Good value stay; big spacious rooms; Clean and comfortable; friendly staff. The Loft Restaurant food and service team is superb and professional. Food preparation is clean and prepared on demand in their glass panel see-through kitchen. Good quality ingredients; freshly cooked; hygienic; clean restaurant restrooms. Especially important in India. One of the best restaurant I have tasted in a hotel. This place is great. Highly recommend 10/10 stars

I like this hotel- well organized, polite staff, good restaurant and great location. Rooms are fine - nothing super luxurious but fine for a night and comfortable. They also kept a bag for me during my Sikkim trip.
