A Nightmare Stay: The Worst Hotel Booking Experience!!!!!!!!!! From the moment I stepped into the lobby of what was supposed to be a quaint hotel, the sinking feeling in my gut told me I'd made a grave mistake. The pictures online painted a different reality, a reality far from the grimy, unkempt reality that greeted me. The check-in process was slow, and the receptionist seemed disinterested, barely acknowledging my presence. Ignoring the warning signs, I trudged on, eager to retreat to my room after a long journey. Little did I know, the horror was just beginning. Upon entering my room, the stench hit me like a wave - a foul mixture of mold and decay permeated the air. The sheets were stained, the carpet was sticky beneath my feet, and the bathroom looked like it hadn't seen a scrub brush in months. I shuddered at the thought of spending a single night in this filth.To add insult to injury, it soon became apparent that the hotel had pulled a bait-and-switch with the booking. What was advertised as a spacious, well-appointed room turned out to be a dingy closet with barely enough space to walk around the bed. It was a far cry from the luxurious retreat I had envisioned when making the reservation.In the end, the experience served as a sobering reminder to always read reviews with a critical eye and to never trust the glossy facade of online bookings. Hotel is located at a good place, little far from the city but at a quiet place. Rooms are very neat and clean including the bathroom. Staff are nice and friendly. Only problem is there is no in-house restaurant. Overall, it was a good experience with my family and pet dog.

Reached at 10 pm from Assam. It was good hotel at a reasonable rate and the beds were big enough for 2 adults and a 3 yr old kid to sleep on. But there was no provision for food which was not an issue for us. The room and the bathroom were clean

I was invited to an Engineering seminar some days ago.. The place is perfect to have these kinds of programs. Services from Hotels are very very good. The ambience of the place makes you feel in a good mood.

Everything was amazing except for the location...situated a little far from the accesible parts of the city..you'll have to prepare yourself for the stinking smell of waste and garbage while travelling to and fro the hotel as theres a waste yard nearby to the hotel...But the room was amazing and spacious with all necessary amenities...

The place is really good with good ambiance around. You have common lawn to take walks at night or evening. The location is at outskirts so amenities are quite away but swiggy delivery is available. Must go to enjoy with your near and dear ones

Huge property with good potential but lack of open spaces made it difficult to accommodate few hundred people. Poor tendency of covering all available spaces makes it a nightmare for the guests to park their vehicles.
