The Cindrella Hotel

The hotel is located in a prime spot, and the front office staff is genuinely helpful and friendly. I had a couple of minor issues during my stay--first with the air conditioner (turns out I missed the power switch), and then with the toilet flush not stopping--but both were addressed immediately. The staff was quick, responsive, and very courteous. They also have a bar, room service, and the food is great! Plenty of parking space is available as well. Overall, a very comfortable and smooth experience. Highly recommended!

The Cindrella Hotel is one of the best place to stay in Siliguri on Sevoke Road. The place is very close to Bengal Safari and Ewam Buddhist Monastery and also Sevoke is not too far. |We spent 4 nights there in a family room. |The compound of the hotel is so big, that you will hardly get any citi noise. The whole compound is very clean and beautifully arranged. All the stuffs there are so amazing and friendly, and will always give you a feel that you are home. The persons at the front desks are so welcoming, the stuffs we met at breakfast took every bit of care so that we can enjoy our breakfast. |The rooms were clean and cosy, big enough for accomodating all 4 of us. Though a purely vegetarian hotel, but there are lot of choices of tasty vegetarian food. |They even helped us with a very reliable person to take us at different places like Mirik, Malbazar, Odlabari for sight seeing. After which we have visited North Bengal 3 times, everytime we call him for helping us commute to different places from Siliguri.

Randomly we looked for some property in Siliguri and came across Hotel Cindrella just on the main road. 1. The rooms are spacious for three people. 2. There is a lot of space to keep luggage. 3. Linen and towels are in clean condition. 4. Air conditioning is perfectly working fine. 5. Ambience is good. 6. Bathroom is also spacious, however there should have been a partition between shower and commode, as all the space tends to get wet/slippery while bathing. I suggest you install the concave mirrors and improve lighting around the same to enable customers to shave without hassles. 7. As we arrived at the hotel at midnight, usually the manager ask to pay in advance the room rent, however here we were asked to do the needful next morning and this was a customer friendly gesture by the front desk staff on duty. This property owes 5 star rating from us.

We had a pleasant stay at cindrella. The swimming pool was clean and rooms were clean and spacious. The resturant served very tasty food and the staff is extremely courteous. Would highly recommend this place.

We booked this hotel based on the positive reviews on Google, but our experience turned out to be quite disappointing. Upon check-in, we found the surrounding area to be very dirty, and the overall environment did not reflect the quality you'd expect even from a budget hotel in the 1000-1500 range. The pool area was especially unclean and completely unhygienic, making it unusable. On top of that, the food was overpriced with portions so small they weren't even enough for one person. What was most frustrating is that by the end of our stay, we realized why the hotel had so many good reviews -- it's often used for small birthday parties and swimming classes, and those events seem to generate the bulk of the ratings. Unfortunately, those misleading reviews influenced our decision and ended up ruining our holiday. I definitely regret booking this place and would strongly recommend choosing a branded or more reputable hotel instead.

On 17/1/25 we had a wedding @ Cinderella Hotel. The staff and management has organised the program very very well. The food was priced reasonably and was very delicious. The customer service of the Hotel in every sphere was outstanding. Mr Subrata Roy had managed the program very well. We wish to thank Cinderella Team for this one. All the best!

Guys dont visit the Amarpali restaurant on Sundays. They will not even bother your presence. One of the worst service in town. Totally Mismanaged. Choose other restaurant rather.

Stayed at this place with my friends and family for a night, the rooms were really nice and had everything we needed. They have a bar and a vegetarian restaurant with great food.
