The Autograph Inn is a neat and pleasant hotel located at Siliguri.The rooms were top notch and very clean.The bathroom was spotless and had good running hot and cold water. Service was excellent.Everyone was very helpful and had a smile on their face. Dinner and breakfast were complimentary. The buffet breakfast was a bit mediocre but overall a wonderful place to stay in transit.

I Had a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the service was very impressive. However, I found the food to be a bit pricey. Except that, everything else was just perfect.

Stopped here for one night after travelling by train from Kolkata before moving on to Darjeeling. The hotel was adequate for our stay with a good reception area and check in procedure. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable with the bathroom being ok with a good shower. We ate in the restaurant and the food was tasty and reasonably priced. Breakfast was in the enclosed terrace on the 4th floor and although the choice was obviously aimed at the domestic market there was enough there for us to have enough to eat. All staff we had dealings with were polite and friendly.

Away from the city Disappointing Experience - Must Avoid! My stay here was far from pleasant. Right from the start, I was bombarded with continuous calls from the reception questioning my booking. I had reserved two double rooms for two passengers, yet they kept asking, "Where are the other two guests?" To make matters worse, I later received another call demanding an additional 2,000. When I asked why, they claimed it was because I booked through MakeMyTrip and had mentioned only two occupants, despite paying for two double rooms. They advertise having a big TV, which is true, but it's completely useless since Tata Sky wasn't recharged. I wanted to watch the IPL, but even after repeated requests, nothing was done. In the end, I had to watch the match on my phone. Another major issue was their constant calls pressuring guests to order food from their restaurant. When I finally placed an order, the wait was endless. To add to the frustration, their combo meals are a joke--especially the Thai Chicken Curry combo. It seems they have no idea what Thai Chicken Curry actually is, as what they served tasted more like Butter Chicken. Shockingly, this dish remains on their menu! Overall, a terrible experience. Avoid this

My stay at Hotel Autograph was nothing short of spectacular! The room was a perfect blend of luxury and comfort, with thoughtful details that made it feel both stylish and cozy. The staff's hospitality was truly world-class--attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. The dining experience was equally exceptional. Each meal was a culinary delight, with dishes that showcased both creativity and impeccable flavor. The quality of the ingredients and the presentation made every bite memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for an unforgettable stay with top-notch service and incredible food.

Service is excellent and attentive. Facilities are good, although swimming pool was out of action when I stayed. Good breakfast. Easy tuk-tuk ride into town or other restaurants.

My experience: friendly, professional check-in, and a large clean, comfortable room for my brief overnight stay nearby NJP railway station. Enjoyed dinner and cricket on TV in restaurant. In the morning, a 4:30am transfer by hotel car to the station. Thank you.

I am very happy staying in this hotel. The staff are of very good behaviour. specially the house keeping staff Tahera khatun and Palabi Mahali are very efficient in handling room cleaning.
