Sundaram Palace

The rooms are very pretty, but staff availability is a concern especially during late night hours. It's a bit of a side area, if you prefer peace go for it

It was a very bad experience that I ever had in entire journey of my hotel life as I am also a hotelier we know how to speak with a guest but there staff behaviour was too harshly they were too rude

This is very near to main bus stand. The prices are also very genuine. The staff behaviour and receptionist behaviour was very good and also helps you and guide for local sight seeing and marketing. The rooms were clean which usually you will not see in that location. Overall fantastic stay.

Hotel is near from road so you can easily access trasport. Room size is small. Hotel service is good. We stayed for only one night so can't say more.

Problem we faced. - let's start with the room. The rooms which were booked for us were not available so they upgraded us. The rooms which they gave were the worst. - Then they changed the rooms again. These rooms were stinking of cigarettes. It didn't have the necessary amenities. - For two people one towel was given and when asked for 2 they were hesitant. - Then comes the food part. Cold food was served and when asked to make it hot they denied. And didn't provide any alternative. Choose any other hotel but this.

Location is bit away from the main road, so its peaceful. Staffs were very welcoming and helpful. Bathroom was pretty spacious. Room had an ac but it was controlled from the reception and it acted like cooler, meaning 32 degrees also blowing very chilling cold air. Electrical switches and board were broken, circuit open somewhere! Geaser was also controlled from the reception, thats really awkward! There was a tv but no remote.

The housekeeping staff at the hotel are excellent, the rooms are at par, however the so called manager sitting at the reception is a dork, he really needs to be straightened or probably needs a demotion from that post.... He needs to be a little customer centric and should know how to handle his customers.... I've stayed there twice and both the times I had I seriously did not like the manager's attitude and for the third I had come to check in but then I decided not to because of the manager....
