Absolutely Not Recommended - Worst Lodge Experience This is basically a rundown lodge, not worth even considering. The staff was completely uncooperative and indifferent to any basic requests. The rooms were dirty, foul-smelling, and clearly not cleaned properly. There's no lift, which is a major issue if you're carrying luggage or traveling with seniors. To top it all, they added extra charges in the name of travel and fooding -- an obvious rip-off. Overall, a very poor experience. Avoid this place entirely if you value cleanliness, comfort, and honesty.

Worst. No cleanliness. No proper service. Filthy and smelly toilets. Expensive upwards to 2000/day for 5 people. Not at all worth it. Unclean bedsheets, pillow cover, blanket. Better to opt for something closer to the station. With an adept bargain you will end up giving 120 to a Toto/auto driver to drop you here from the station.

One of the worst customer services ever experienced. Staffs are not cooperative at all. Better go for another property.

3rd grade hotel which try to loot you by charging any random price . We needed a hotel close to the railway station for half a day and so in a hurry we didn't check the room very closely . They charged 50% more than the for a very small room and the commode had no seat. We later checked the prices on agoda ang Goibibo which was too less than charged

Rooms are not cleaned well, bad smell on the room...Management is too much bad...but for one night stay is ok ok...

I would rate it 0 stars if i could. Things I found wrong with the place: 1. The rooms are tiny. There are hotels with washrooms bigger than the rooms here. 2. Filthy, unhygeinic rooms. The room I stayed in had a strong smell of faeces wafting from the toilet. It was so bad that the hotel owner had to spray room freshner in the toilet (not that it was of much help). 3. No toiletries and towels provided. I was given a dirty towel which I used as toilet seat. 4. Receptionists and the hotel owners are rude and the service is abysmal. Very cringy behaviour from them. The less said about them, the better. I could list many more things wrong with the lodge but I think you get my point. All in all, it was a very awful stay here. There are hotels nearby which are much better at the same price point. My advise would be to avoid this hotel at all costs.

Worst hotel in Siliguri!! Please don't book this hotel!! Rooms are not clean!! Stuff behaviour is very bad!

This is the worst hotel ever in the whole NJP. They booked the rooms in online website with their full responsibility and surety but they denied to give us the rooms in the middle of the night and also blackmailed us for the money. They didn't even offer the minimum room service and when we asked them for it...they started asking for more money. They really don't at all care about the hotels goodwill and their customers. They scammed every possible person or family they can only for money and to increase their false reputation.
