Sinclairs Siliguri

We have reached at Sinclairs Hotel & resturant,Siliguri as it is easily accessible and in the reception we were heartily & wormly greeted by receptionist Ma'am present at that time and we were given option to choose a room as per our choice from reception.Front facing room chosen. The room was spacious with all modern amenities and facilities. 24 hrs. AC, Geisure, mini fridge, well lightening, and well furnished room. Clean and soft bed with adequate numbers of fluffy pillow.Room service as per our request get instantly. Room charge is reasonable as per our opinion. Breakfast is included with room charge.In the restaurant ,we were greeted by Ratna Ma'am, who is soft spoken, sober and very helpful too. There are lots of yaaa .. mi food in the breakfast. Traditional Bengali foods including muri mankha, to south indian, western, health conscious, dry fruits ,fruit juice, fruit whatever one may take as his breakfast. We are very much pleased with her behaviour(Ratna , ma'am). We wish all the best to the Sinclairs, Siliguri including all of the service hands. Whenever we will come Siliguri our 1st choice will be Sinclairs to stay. Thanks.

Very nice stay. Pool is amazing. Ms. Ratna was our server and she took care of us really well and made sure the kid with us was well fed||Very sweet staff in general. Clean premises. A little on the outskirts so it's an advantage. Old world charm

Rooms r specious,clean and very good. staffs r also very good. They are very supportive and their behaviour was very elegant. The servant Ratna was very supportive and served/helped us with everything. Overall the hotel is good and would like to stay here again

Very good value for money.The rooms were clean and well maintained. |The front office and reception staff were very helpful and service was great!|Food quality was good. The staff members are very helpful. The restaurant staff members, especially Asim,Ratna and Pooja went beyond their duty to make our meals excellent!|Would definitely recommend this hotel as a stop over on the way to the hills.

As located in busy area, too much of noises, especially felt more and more loud after coming down from mountains. Had a worst experience in the restaurant. Staff and chef needs to be good at listening. I faced allergic reactions. My whole day passed in suppressing allergic reactions. Though asked them to serve no spices and no chillis food, the chefs prepared regular dishes. Lot of miscommunication and carelessness in their attitude! So, those with #NickelAllergy #HeavyMetalsAllergy #CornAllergy #NutsAllergy #TreeNutsAllergy #BalsamOfPeruAllergy, please make sure every chef has understood your instructions! Here may be one chef doesn't pass on instructions to other chef, or the other chef doesn't follow the instructions given to him. They have Indianized Italian dishes. So, ask specifically for each and every ingredient. For next day morning breakfast, they tried to compensate for their careless and negligent behaviour by serving tossed vegetables in olive oil which actually requires no cooking skills and creativity. It seems the chefs were not ready to roll the ball in their court. The veggies were sprinkled heavily with black peppers. Don't know who eats such hot and spicy dishes! For those not suffering with any allergies, the restaurant is good. Afterall, it's a 3-star restaurant and don't expect 5-star experience.

Food is very good . Room was good very need and clean. All staff are very good , specially miss Ratna . She is very good, helpful and friendly person . Service is excellent. Pool side area very clean and looking like a nice ....................

It was wonderful service from Hotel Sinclairs Siliguri specially Mr Gautom Sha. and also other people but as per my opinion Gautam is totally different from other i wish for him better future. apart fromi i have one request for authority of hotel Sinclairs packing system should be change. thank you

Excellent stay in Sinclairs Siliguri..f...food is good and service is excellent..... Specially Ratna she is very friendly and talks a lot.. very good services... Room was very good and clean... Pool side area very clean and nice...thank you
