Rajashree Palace, Siliguri

Visited for attending the morning rituals in a wedding. The room in which breakfast spread was arranged was small in size. The hotel has lift but it can carry 4 people at a time. The hotel seemed clean. It has an average sized hall where one can conduct medium sized functions. They have several rooms for accommodation. What I came to know is the hotel serves vegetarian food. The location is good, near the market area.

Good value for money hotel. I stayed there for official purpose. Rooms are spacious but needs more cleanness (The sofa had dusts). The room service is quick and efficient. The staffs are well behaved and the location is quite good considering it is nearby major market places.

One of the most cleanest hotel ever with very affordable price,they have some most helpful staff considered staying as it's very near to all the prime Location.The best in class ,it has the calmness and the privacy.consider it even for wedding purpose or any short get-together

The hotel is maintained well. It's clean. Location is decent. Easy to find cabs to the airport. Ola works here. |We had issues with getting hot water in our rooms. They couldn't fix it so we were provided with a bucket of hot water.|The breakfast is average, not a lot of Variety.|Their restaurant is however good with good dishes for dinner and lunch! |The standard room we booked is relatively small. Just enough to keep our luggage and for us to move around.|All in all it's a decent stay!

Worst experience ever. We checked in at 12am. They gave us 2 rooms worth rs 2k without any water to drink. Dirty used blankets. In one of the room geyser doesn't work. No phone for room service and they didn't even provided us with bill when we left our mom and aunt to deal with the checkout.. we have been calling them for 15days for the bill but they are not providing us. 2k for such smelly room is not worth it. We checked in in a hurry as it was late at night. Please ask them if they will provide you with proper bill in the beginning only so you don't have to deal with such things.

The hotel was good. I stayed for 3 days. Well behaved staffs, very cooperative, well maintained rooms and good service. Hong Kong Market and other famous food hotels are easy to access from the hotel Overall best hotel to stay

This hotel is really great for staying in Siliguri and if you're having a vegetarian appetite. The rooms and services are quite great. The behaviour of all the hotel staff are very polite and decent. It will made you feel like you're at your own home. It has got a lift too. To say about the bathrooms they are neatly cleaned and are well maintained. You will get warm water on demand in the morning.

Rooms were clean. Bathroom was clean too. Pillow cover wasn't clean asked them to change it , person who came argued that it is clean. Later he said you should have checked the wardrobe for another pillow. Called for tea in the morning, was told tea is available but will have to purchase from outside. After waiting for an hour or more, I checked out as I was getting very late. So for rooms cleanliness and dedicated parking this hotel is great. Service is pathetic. They listen to you but never fulfill the task. In the room I stayed washbasin tap was also not working properly.
