Phoenix Lodge

I had a very good experience at Phoenix lodge the team is so welcoming. The staffs are very polite. Food and room was very good . Must visit place if you are looking for a budget property

Hospitality is just excellent. If you are a biker/rider and planning to go north bengal or Sikkim.. your most recommended stay on siliguri could be this. Proper parking place, great hospitality, great food , great service.

Room was clean but bedsheets were dirty and outside noises of dogs,cars,bikes in nighttime won't let you sleep peacefully.

Good for a one night stay in siliguri but remember to take odomos coz mosquitoes might create a havoc

This is my first visit with worst experience. When I arrived at the hotel there was no one in the reception And I waited for 10 minutes no one came and I called the property no then only one guy came out... After I checked in, I came to the room and when I got to the room, I was very hungry. I checked the menu and the room service number is written there and I checked the landline and the landline is not working. and I went to the reception and there was no one there...and I ordered from swiggy.. I came by looking at the reviews of the hotel As per the review, the condition of the hotel is not there.

As an old business establishment, property don't have a lift facility, don't know how to manage for the upper floors! Very supportive staff, breakfast served with freshness. For a short stay it's value for money proposition. But one have to request for geyser conection for hot water. TV research been done on request as well. Need maintenance, but one can stay comfortably on those queen size beds.

Only location can be granted. Near by Air View more. Room service and food is worst. One can get better room on this cost, and road side food is far better than this hotel. Absolutely not recommended.
