OYO 3078 Sky Line Lodge

This has been one of the most unpleasant experience, The sheets are all stained with suspicious fluids and the staff are extremely incompetent and rude going to the extent of being unwilling to replace the sheets and almost getting aggressive. The locks on the washroom doors do not work, the wifi does not connect and the basic washroom amenities are not available. *One thing you can aspect "Women hair in blankets" Overall the worst, will never recommend

There was no electricity and no generator. We were suffering in the heat. The bed is too narrow and not comfortable at all. No arrangement for food. Overall not a very pleasant stay.

Room is very cozy. Well furnished with a very useful mirror attached wardrobe. Room service is excellent. Location of the hotel is unquestionable. At one side peaceful surrounding and on the other hand many food joints are just a few yards away. You can casually walk down to Bidhan Market from the hotel or take a rickshaw to panitanki more to board a bus for the hills.

They're not cooperative and they charged me more than my booking amount, giving random excuses. I would strongly recommend you to not visit this hotel rather you can get better hotels nearby at even reasonable price. No room service at all. Not safe either.

Low grade OYO rooms. Bedsheets are soiled. Blankets are stinking. Toilet seat is broken and shaking. Forget about cleaning Washroom, they seem to have left out items of previous guests also -unchecked. Rooms are dirty with lot of mosquitoes. Food served by them was of low quality and quantity. Forgot to mention that they ask to cancel the booking from the website you book and pay to them directly. They are not worth the rating and money they quote in that hotel booking websites. Room clean. Geyser is put off remotely. No one to respond to phone and put the Geyser switch on early morning. Location very good

Pathetic experience ever in my life.. I REQUEST EVERYONE TO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL EVER. Hotel Owner & Staff are very ill mannered. I booked breakfast with the room, they straight hand denied that they won't give breakfast, even after booking. If I talk about HYGIENE than I should directly give NEGATIVE Rating.. I can't give 0 rating else I would have. Mosquitoes are there in the room and very bad odour with negative vibes, feels like a 3rd grade hotel. NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL

It is a really nice & cosy hotel at a low cost. It's owner Mr Ghosh is personally involved in overseeing the maintenance & service of this hotel making this a one of a kind experience for travellers on a budget. Location is also good. Stayed there for 2 nights on the way to Sikkim.
