Great value for Money. Nice big rooms. Perfect lobby, Washroom, Geyser, Amazing Chef in the kitchen. Fantastic breakfast. Al was perfect. Just that the main road which connects with this hotel is under construction, so there is a narrow bylane, which has become the approach road Still highly recommended for factors mentioned in first paragraph

Dears, I keep coming to Siliguri every month but this is the first time I have stayed at this hotel. I found different experience @ Mount Amara in terms of 1- Pieceful Environment 2- Hygeine Rooms & Bathrooms 3- Healthy Breakfast 4- Spacious area - where can walk after dinner 5- Light Food also available like Khichadi which is better for health conscious people. 6- A large green field behind the Hotel where can walk/Jogging piecefully in the morning 7- Staffs r very helpful in nature. Aziz & Dibjoti arrange cab for me to drop destination point in early morning 8- Wish to stay again. Thanks Dr Sunil Singh

I have stayed at a dozen hotels in siliguri. This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. The friendly and helpful staff were there for every need of mine. Thank you so much. All credit goes to miss keedem & mr Anjan to arrange everything for smooth stay. @ mount amara

Not sure how this property is rated 3 star hotels, budget hotels are maintained well than this one. Truly disappointed, with the stay. First of all, the main road entrance road of almost 800m is stranded, tiny, and with no light in night. Bunch of people stand there, smoking, drinking and screaming. Rooms are not maintained well, bedsheets are filthy, had to ask and change, AC remote wasn't working, had to wait 2 hours, but it didn't get replaced in the end. No soap and proper shampoo and dispensers in the bathrooms, no proper room service for your call. Namesake 3 star. Even staff behaviour was weird, the room number was changed without informing and managers were behaving odd and cheap. Really sad with the attitude and behaviour. Giving 1 star only for the food, food in the breakfast was the only thing, was good.

Everything was handled with great efficiency, and he ensured that every guest was well taken care of. The staff was incredibly well-behaved and attentive. Housekeeping and F&B teams went the extra mile to ensure great guest service. It's the perfect place for both friends and family. I highly recommend it!"

I had a very relaxing stay at Hotel Mount Amara, the combination of great food and comfortable accommodation made it a memorable experience.
