Overall very nice experience..!!|We like it very much. Overall Experience was very good. We were treated very nicely. Should give a try if you want to stay at siliguri. The behaviour of the staff was very good and quality of food was also good.

Centrally located with very friendly and courteous staff.Good for short as well as long stays.The rooms are equipped with all the basic facilities.The Siliguri JN Railway Station and Tenzing Norgay Bus Stand as well as SNT(Sikkim Nationalised Transport)are all within the walking distance.

It is a good budget hotel with polite staff and great service. The location is great as it is near to Siliguri Bus station.

Location is good but the room we took 102 was quite small. Food quality is average. Bedsheets were not clean so we had to change still were yellowish. For those who has low budget, you can stay.

Very ordinary hotel but it is very close to all the volvo bus departure stop so if you want to freshen up and take some rest before boarding your buses this is a good cheap option. You can do a spot booking for cheap rate. We booked a 4 persons room with inr 1200 which was ok. Ordered breakfast from them- Puri sabji for 80, whish seemed expensive but quantity was adequate.

Horrible experience. I booked online with an extra bed, but they simply provided only a mattress without any bed and asked me to sleep on the floor. Moreover, they charged for a water bottle, which was supposed to be complimentary. The staff was very arrogant; they charged more than MRP for the water bottle. When we asked why they charged more than MRP for the water bottle, they told us it was our fault to take the water bottle from them and we should ask for the price. The floor was not clean at all.
