Hotel Saffron Crest

Sweetest, accomodating staff with good facilities in the hotel. The staff, the front manager really made our stay at Saffron Crest memorable by helping me plan a surprise for my sister's birthday and then they themselves eventually surprised us further by getting another cake which was a gift from the Hotel. Mr. Vimal helped me plan it through and through. ||The stay is comfortable, service is pro active and great, and the Veg restaurant is really good. The breakfast was also great. No complaints, great stay. Definitely will book this place again if I'm back in Siliguri.

Very neat & clean rooms. Well maintained bathrooms. Comfortable bed. Breakfast spread was very good. Common area ambience also good.Staff's were very courteous. Plenty parking space.Location for stopover on way to north east destination is very convenient.

Just an all round great experience. We were a family of five occupying two rooms. Tip top property, backed by a high standard of service. We were upgraded to premium rooms, which were really spacious and built to a high standard. The lobby, restaurant, pool area and other communal areas were bright, lively and generally well designed. I didn't realise that the restaurant was purely vegetarian when I booked, but food was excellent. The daal makhni and the paneer tikka masala were delightful. Although we were only there for a night, I would definitely consider staying here on future visits to Siliguri.

M a regular customer n had a really pleasant experience. The hotel is spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. The room was comfortable, and all the amenities were well-maintained. That said, I do feel that the pricing is on the higher side. As a regular customer who enjoys staying here, I was hoping for a bit of a reward or discount for returning. It would be great to see some sort of loyalty program or special rate for returning guests to make it more appealing to keep coming back. Overall, it's a great hotel, but a little more consideration for loyal customers would definitely be appreciated. Best Regards

From the moment I arrived, I felt well taken care of. The front desk team was efficient and courteous, and I truly appreciated the extra effort made by Bimal in making my stay more comfortable. I also appreciated how attentive and friendly the housekeeping staff was during my stay.|Highly recommended !!

Good amenities with good food. Staffs are too supportive. Peacefull environment. Near to the main market so no worries about vehicle or transport. Hotel provides hygeine and clean area for customers. overall cost effective and satisfactory service.

Worst experience I had a coupon for a free room reservation, issued by the property. So I called them to confirm if rooms are available. They had rooms available but as soon as I said that i have a coupon, their rooms got sold out immediately. If they don't want people to avail the facility, they shouldn't have issued the card in the first place! Wont recommend the property to anyone!!

Review of Saffron Crest Hotel Swimming Pool *1/5 stars* Unfortunately, my experience with the Saffron Crest Hotel swimming pool was disappointing. The pool was consistently closed during my visits, making it impossible to enjoy this amenity. The lack of transparency about closure reasons and schedules added to the frustration. Very bad experience
