Hotel Sabera

Stay was not smooth, there were multiples issues which i faced.|Room cleaning never happened properly, they keep switching off the AC from the reception i have to tell them 100 times to on the AC, there is no telephone in the rooms to reach the reception, every-time you have to call them in the mobile number and the network is poor.|There's no window in the room and it's kind of suffocating.|Even for slice of bread it takes 40 mins to reach in your room, very slow room service.|I was very surprised with one thing, i stayed for 10 nights for the business purpose and in between for 2 nights i went to my native place and when i came back after 2 days i found room was not cleaned only the bed was set, dustbin was not cleared and it was smelling, food table was with full of food stains, empty water bottle was not cleared and bed sheet was dirty. It was very frustrating.|Hygiene is the most which is lacking in the hotel.|Not a great choice for a business trip, be very mindful before choosing the stay.|Few team members were very helpful and smiling but overall the stay was not great.

Loved my stay here. They take care ofall the guests so nicely. Not only with us I was at the lobby once an noticed how nicely and genuinely they talk to each and every guest Would love to come again

I have experienced best of my stay at here. Room service was excellent and the other members were also too friendly. Room was properly cleaner and there wasn't a single stain on the wall of room. Overall it was an amazing experience here. I suggest you whenever came here please give them opportunity to serve you.

Had a good experience. The service provided is fine. The rooms are excellent. All the staff are very cordial and very cooperative in all respect. Eventhough the non-ac room tariff is bit high but still I hope to come in this nice hotel in future.

My experience has been very fruitful. The employees over here are very sweet, friendly and always smiling. As soon as I reached the hotel I suffered a lot of pain in my lower spinal cord, I wasn't able to get up and then one of their guys Ayush helped me, bought me to my room, arranged medicines for me. The location is also in a vibrant area and the bus

Very clean,great hospitality and phenomenal ambiance. Food was dammn good! Employess were really joyful will recommend everybody to come in this hotel and overwhelm yourself with love and great hospitality

It's really a great experience to stay in hotel sabera everything is too good especially if you want to stay near Hong Kong market it's a perfect stay for you .....and mou di she is so supportive from day 1 when u booked room .... I recommend everyone if you are coming to Siliguri please come and visit hotel sabera you will never be regret for this.....I hope this review finds you helpful... Booked a triple sharing room. Good room. Proper facilities available. Very friendly staff. A great thanks to Ms. Mou for the ease of booking and proper assistance. Would like to suggest a small fridge.
