Hotel Saayein Residency

I stayed here some days ago with my family. It was a great stay. Nice location. Very peaceful and comfortable. Very soft and good quality bed. Staff's behaviour are good. Excellent services. Very co-operative. Room quality is good. Spacious. Safe for all.

The best thing about the hotel is the location. Auto, bus, cabs, everything is available at all hours. The food is good. They deliver room service from Sher e Punjab restaurant. Check in and check out is hassle free. No charges for early check in. The room is quite small with all basic amenities. AC, TV works well. Also they have a mini fridge. All in all I would refer this place for a 2-3 day stay.

I had a bad experience with service.they took good amount of money but not so good room .it was okay. they charged extra money for taking our luggage

Rooms were dirty, AC was not working and staff was least bothered to pay attention to the issues. They were only interested to know if payment is done or not.

It's really nice to stay over there.services are really appreciated all the staff having good behaviour. Cleanness of room are really appreciated and other animities are also fine. I really recommend to stay over there.

This hotel was slightly out of our budget but we were happy to pay a little extra as the beds were so comfy, they have Amazon/Netflix and despite being in a very busy area the room was so quiet. Very close to train station and taxis to get to Darjeeling, Nepal etc so it was a perfect location for us. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good wifi and nice hot shower

Despite the absence of a lift, the staff members were proactive in assisting with luggage, eliminating any inconvenience caused by this limitation. Their friendly and accommodating nature contributed significantly to the overall positive experience. Pricing: Considering the quality of service and the condition of the rooms, the pricing at Hotel Saayein Residency is commendable. At Rs. 2000/- per night, inclusive of taxes and breakfast, the rate is competitive and reasonable. This value for money made my stay at Saayein Residency feel like a worthwhile investment. Parking: One area of concern was the limited parking facilities. The hotel faced challenges in providing adequate parking space, causing some inconvenience. However, the proactive assistance from the staff in handling luggage compensated for this shortcoming to some extent. Restaurant: A minor inconvenience was the separation of the hotel and the restaurant, which required crossing the road and ascending to the 1st floor of the adjacent building. However, once there, the restaurant served delicious food, contributing positively to the overall experience. The inconvenience of the separate locations was mitigated by the quality of the dining options available. Conclusion: Hotel Saayein Residency is a gem hidden behind a modest exterior. The rooms, service, and overall experience exceeded my expectations, especially after a disappointing stay elsewhere. Despite minor inconveniences such as the absence of a lift and limited parking, the proactive staff and reasonable pricing make this hotel a commendable choice for travelers seeking a comfortable stay in Siliguri. I would gladly recommend Hotel Saayein Residency to fellow travelers based on my very nice overall experience.

Please don't get cheated by the given pictures. Rooms and linen are not very clean. It is on the second floor without lift. Can be called a budget hotel. Overpriced. Did not get the value for money.
