Cons: Bad Smell Window AC makes too much noise No restaurant available Room not maintained properly No ceiling fans Over charged Road side sounds of vehicle and clock tower. Pros: View was nice. Good location. Good room services.

We had an excellent stay at Hotel Royal Residency, Siliguri! Checked in last night, and from the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The service was exceptional--the staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist. The room was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The ambiance of the hotel was also very pleasant, making our experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay in Siliguri. Will definitely choose Hotel Royal Residency again for our future visits!

Rooms & bathrooms are moderately maintained.Makeover is required for rooms. It's overpriced. Non-negotiable. They overcharged for food & water that were ordered. Stay was comfortable. View was nice. Rooms are only having ac , no fans provided, so it gets difficult to keep the room dry. Better to ask for rooms with fan. Whatever you order , you will mostly get at room, but everything is charged twice the price. Market & food joints are available at walkable distance. 7kms to bus terminus. Location was like centre of the city.

Budget hotel...but the hygiene of the rooms are not up to the mark

@Hotel Royal Residency I was visited 4 times and my experience was good. the owner of this hotel and staff behaviour is nice. & About price little expensive for double bed i hope for parmenent guest next time give some discount. And Guys you can visit once for experience there

We booked the room for 1 night stay to catch a flight from Bagdora Airport after our trip. The place is easy to find from the main road. The rooms are decent for the price. They also get you food from the restaurant available, lifts are also available. One thing that was bit disturbing was the outside traffic noise, we could hear a lot of honking from the traffic, apart from that the rooms and bathrooms are good and worth the money. hope you have a great stay there.
