Hotel rose garden inn

My stay at the hotel was extremely disappointing and filled with poor experience. Poor room conditions + Rude staff behaviour + High charges for Non AC room. Definitely not going to recommend this hotel to family & friends.

The hotel was disappointing--dirty rooms, worn-out furniture, and unhelpful, rude staff. overall experience was poor. I won't be returning.

Waste hotel.... Don't book... gate locked after 11pm, forget swiggy zomato.... They will insist on hotel food

Hotel located in near market place of siliguri,when I was stayed there too much vechile noise heared the room

SHAME SHAME SHAME. After 4 years, when i left for an hour, after 4 years of never a single day of housekeeping services, I left my 2 night room for ONE HOUR ONLY. To return to FIND that someone ENTERED my room without my permission. Further they took the security lock off my window that is at waist level on the walkway so that literally ANYONE COULD ENTER MY UNIT and have my things that were in the room (i had my personal things in the room not knowing that while i was away for a short hour that a paid staff would enter my unit illegally and without my permission take off the safety window lock and then open the window wide for anyone to steal anything they wanted from my room - if the response is not one of concern then they have further buried themselves into a hole of we don't care about your safety or the safety of your things and just want your money). When a homeless man exposed himself staff showed no care at all. When the pool closed no biggie. When breakfast stopped without notice again not a big deal. AFTER 4 YEARS being a customer, and I leave for an hour, to return to find my window security unlatched, signs that someone has entered my unit, that the window is completely wide open for ANYONE to enter and take my things - Well, as you can imagine TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. If you leave, don't trust the safety here at all as your things and possibly YOU may not be SAFE. After 4 years I will never stay here again. SHAME ON YOU. a family business is no ecxuse for a lack of safety for my things on your property.

I didn't understand 1 thing this booking price is 1381 Non Ac why ?? Taking money around 1381+ Gst & giving no ac rooms. What best you have i seen i stayed there & i m travelling many cites & states for business purposes so i know but charging this type is very high ....

Scammer hotel they promised to open the gate late night as we were attending wedding but unfortunately they didn't open the gate also they refused to refund. These people are a scam especially the nepali guy he is always drunken and abuses guests
