Hotel Premier Inn

The rooms r neat n clean no doubt but the air conditioning did not work, so the manager changed 3 rooms n finally we got a room with functional Ac. There is no help with luggage and the location is also not a pleasant place. Breakfast was not a large spread as such, but whatever was served was absolutely delicious. The toasted bread with fresh cream was a treat.... Chole bhature were awesome n so was d dosa. Tea was fresh n well made.

Had booked via Goibibo. But the rooms shown at the time of booking and what was actually given was totally different. The room shown at the time of booking was bigger one while we were given a smaller room. Bought this to the Hotel and Goibibo but nothing was done. This is where ethics and customer service comes into picture and sadly both were lacking. We opted for Buffet breakfast with the room but it was not great either. The service was too slow and the limited breakfast menu was also taking too much time to get filled. The location of the hotel is good but customer service and ethics are lacking and for this reason I won't recommend to anyone. If at all, you are booking, please double check the actual room that you will be offered.

I stayed at Premier Inn Siliguri for a night and had a pleasant experience. The room was clean and well-maintained, with fresh linens and a spotless bathroom, which is always a relief. The bed was comfortable, and I got a good night's sleep. Noise levels were low, so I wasn't disturbed by any outside sounds.I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast--while not extravagant, it was enough to get me going in the morning.The location was ideal, close to market, which made it easy for me to get to my destination quickly. check-in/check-out was smooth and quick.Overall, for a one-night stay, the hotel provided everything I needed: comfort, cleanliness, and convenience. I'd definitely consider staying here again for a quick trip.

I have been staying in this Hotel probably right from the Launching as was recommended by someone. Since then, it is almost a second home to me at Siliguri. Excellent Bedding, Nice and Spotless clean Bathrooms with all amenities and toiletries, good Nutritious Vegetarian Breakfast. Very good Staff behaviour and very helpful. What else do you need. The Food at the Hotel is pure vegetarian but definitely suits me. Virendra at the Front Office is very helpful and courteous.

Don't book this hotel. They are literally looting customer. No options available in breakfast, instead of this book surya grand at this price range. if the hotel is veg it should be showing in Booking platform

We booked Hotel Premier via booking.com however when we reached hotel, they denied on our booking and informed they dont have any tie up with booking.com. We went with family to see Durga puja in siliguri so we were not in mood to go n find another place. Finally after negotiation we end up by giving almost 50/60% more that what we booked from booking.com. We have got 2 rooms. Rooms were ok, but very small in size. Basic amenities were provided. Service was good. We had some lunch and breakfast at next day which was also good. Just ensure your bookings if you are using any app to avoid situation like us. Rest it was ok to stay.

Hotel Premier Inn is a perfect place to stay in Siliguri. It is close to the centre and the Hong Kong Market.The room was very pleasant, cosy and clean and their staff was very good.

This is a good budget hotel right in the centre of the town. I booked last moment and the staff was polite and friendly. Food from thw restaurant is also good. Definitely can stay here for short time. Rooms are small. But hotel is clean.
