Hotel Prakash

Only if I could give negative stars for staff behaviour. They don't know how to communicate.

Very BAD experience. Hotel does not provide basic amenities. Washroom jetspray was already broken and not working. No geyser facility was provided. Rooms are on 3rd & 4rth floor and no lifts. The stairs area is very poor and like 1 star hotel.

Recently, I visited Siliguri and booked the Prakash Hotel through Goibibo. The hotel is located on Hill Cart Road, just opposite the Bata Showroom and beside the Khadim showroom. The location is very well connected, making transportation easy to access. Sevok More is within walking distance. The rooms and washrooms are impeccably clean, with all amenities in good working order. The staff provides excellent service, and the manager's behavior is also commendable. I ordered dinner from the hotel, and the food was delicious. If I return to Siliguri in the future, I will definitely book this hotel again.

Bad experience ever in my life in hotel . Booking through Make my trip n finally see everything is false what hotel manager told during Booking from Kolkata. So try to avoid this trap.

Manager is extremely ill manered he doesnt even know how to speak with guest's.there was a problem with booking but he lost his cool during the conversation and spoke to us very rudely.even threatened us that he will not allow us to leave if not paid in full.in general please avoid the hotel stay if possible.do board in nearby other hotels..

Bahavior is not good

Very bad experience , bad room, no room service , high steep stairs , no food arrangement. I don't know how goibibo enlisted such hotel.

Good service & economic. But collect reception number, geyser switch outside the room. Water & other take it
