zero star service at this hotel. very unsatisfied With the oyo. very small room very conjugated. No rechared on tv even told many times then also ignored to do recharge, Washrooms was very dirty. no jet spray, doors without lock, Blankets were was not washed. Oyo Should look after

Mr Hasan was extremely hospitable and was very helpful in ever way possible. I had a wedding to attend, Oyo location was just suitable bcoz of its proximity. This world would be better with more friends like Mr Hasan....wish him well in life.

Disgusting experience. We had to stay here for 1 night. So we had booked the room through OYO and we had the faith that the rooms would be nice, however the experience was completely opposite. Even though they had rooms available, still they provided us the cheapest quality rooms with no/zero service/facilities. The rooms were not clean at all. The rooms were small and smelly. Water was dripping from the AC. And the receptionist said that the OYO rooms are only for the ground floor. It was a very disgusting experience. And for this disgusting experience we had to pay 1000 per night 3rd class property, 3rd class service and 3rd class people.

It's affordable. May be 800 to 900. The management changed. Only one guy is good. The rest are waste. May be they will improve quality, when they get some money..

Stay was nice, staff was polite and welcoming. Location is very good, situated in the center of the city, railway station and everything is near from the hotel. Smooth check in

All the stuff are really amazing while serving and accommodation. Specially thank to Hasanur from oyo who treated me well during my stay.

Rooms are very small and very dirty, no amenities available, no towel, no soap, no shampoo. Rooms are different from the images on oyo

Property was located in very prime location in Siliguri. Staff were good & nice. Overall a good stay at the property.
