Hotel North Point - Hotel in Siliguri

This hotel is not worth of money. Rooms are very bad. Geyser is working very slowly. Rooms have mosquito problems. We stayed at 101 102. Both are very bad. Rooms are not cleaned properly. Plug point is not working.

I have a worst experience with this hotel.Room was not clean.Bathroom was also dirty.Geyser was not working.The room was filled with mosquitoes at night.Totally hopeless.

Excellent. I always use to visit this hotel every time but before maintenance was not good but this time it was so good. Everything is now properly maintained cleaned and the rooms are also maintained properly. The staff here are so cooperative i would love to visit this hotel again. Thanks

Hotel is 8 to 10 min away from Siliguri Station by Auto. Hotel is very good and price is also reasonable. Room are clean and Hygenic and also daily room cleaning available. Staffs are very good and cooperative. Foods are also very tasty.

I have been staying at North point siliguri since 2021, this time it was a very welcome change. Starting from a well managedand courteous reception to customised food at the restaurant. The rooms are also clean and optimally facilitated. Post check out, there was call to refund extra payment made. Thank you North point, siliguri for making me feel at home.

Bathroom was smelly. Staffs r unprofessional. I had my train at 6:15 am. I had asked at the reception at night to clear all dues so that I would have Hassel free check out. Still i was delayed during checkout by 15 mins. I had left the room 1 hr before the scheduled departure of the train. Still I missed the train due to the staffs not allowing me to check out. They did not open the main door. They kept on checking their papers and registers with any reason. This is a serious problem of this hotel . I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very good hotel the bathroom need to be improved a little more.. the location of the hotel was pretty good just beside the Hong Kong market and from the hotel the view was really good staff was also nice inside the hotel there was restaurant and the food was also very tasty
