Worst place to be in. They don't care about the guest, they care about the money. They use soaps and shampoos which is so horrible that your hands get rough after using them. Worst part is they even charge extra after u check-out and they only care about money. Never opt for breakfast as it's horrible. It's better you go to Saffron Crest or Lemon tree or any other Hotel. Worst experience I had here in this hotel.

Worst room service. No TV cable connection found even in Delux and executive rooms. Cleanliness issue with mosquito found flying in rooms. Reception staff are very rude on demanding to correct these problem when asked. We got disappointed to found this total change in hotel. Will never visit again.

Its too good for self study as well as positive vibes and when we studying in this library my concentration focus on my goal

Pros:- 1. Rooms are ok. 2. Good canteen with sufficient food option. 3. Regular room cleaning. 4. Elevator working. 5. Nice view of road. 6. Good communication. Taxi/auto/toto services readily available at the gate of the hotel. 7. Plenty of food stall and resturant nearby. 8. Food can be delivered at room. Cons:- 1. Price unreasonably very high 2. In every single thing, they claim GST, which need to be verified.

Very Bad .. Rude behaviour of staffs No facilities in rooms, No water supply No TV connection- manager refuse to recharge package of cable..

Good hotel. Hotel Sabera was booked so we stayed for 2 nights. Good location, dedicated parking is there, food was also good. Close proximity to Sevoke more & Hongkong market. You can get direct taxi for bagdogra from square.

Good service and helpful and cheerful staff. Rooms are clean and well kept. Only vegetarian food is served. Quality of food is very good. Value for money. Parking space is available.
