Hotel Manila

Located right near the Siliguri Junction bus stand. We visited Hotel Manila's Restaurant for a quick lunch before we proceed for our forward journey. The menu is elaborate, food is cooked to perfection, great service. Very neat and clean Restaurant. The place also has a bar, retail tea leaves shop next to the hotel lobby. Would recommend for travellers for a good meal, in a comfortable setting.

Room was ok. But food was not upto the mark, toooo much costly according to the food. They using basa fish in fish finger instead of vetki. Staff behaviour also so horrible.....

Pathetic place!! They didn't even clean the room before giving it to us. When asked for changing the bedsheets and covers they just gave us 1 bedsheet and said they only have 1. Washroom was also not cleaned and had cigarette bud.

One of the worst places to stay, the rooms are extremely dirty and the service is terrible. I strongly recommend avoiding this place.

Not a good service food is not good and beehivewr is not godd

This feedback is intended to the senior team of the hotel. Request you to kindly spend some time, energy and perhaps money in the Upkeep of the hotel. Small things can create big difference in customer experience. Not jotting down the issues here but you have all resources to make it much better then it is. All the best Must appreciate the look and feel of the hotel and your employees have intent to serve.

Nice experience, with Good food taste on breakfast & other services.

The infra and ambience seems decent- but sorry to say this it was quite a bad experience, the staff and the manager both don't have any etiquette. There was no water served during the meal and when asked for water they forced to purchase the packaged water as the they didn't have a purifier.(it is said as a 2 start hotel on google!) Their restaurant manager Mr.Jagdish - didn't even have the manner to talk to women! Disappointing!
