The ambience and stay was so comfortable and peace. Feeling so positivity with such a good food quality. The hotel staffs were so well behaved and service was excellent. I will recommend everyone to please visit once and feel the ambience and quality of food.

Stayed in this property while I was riding to Gangtok with my friends. I must say the ambience of the place is lovely. Notably this place is located in the heart of the city and it provides ample advantage if you are planning for an early start. The parking space is nice and the food is good and reasonably priced too. Looking forward to stay here once more if possible.

I had an amazing stay at INSTA 18! The rooms are super comfy and stylish, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The food was delicious, with fresh, flavorful dishes. The staff was so friendly and made me feel right at home. Highly recommend!

Good place for transit through Siliguri with 1 or 2 nights. We liked our stay there while travelling from Bhutan. The best part is that the hotel offers great value for money with clean rooms with AC, hot water, electric kettle with tea/coffee biscuits and an excellent room service with freshly cooked meals. Mr Chakraborty was very nice gentleman who took good care of us providing suggestions for food and places to visit around Siliguri. However there's scope for improvement like the white comforter/rejai covers should be changed more frequently as they appeared a little soiled. Nice cosy quiet place to rest. .

This hotel near the railway station offers excellent service. The rooms are clean and hygienic, and the room service is outstanding. It's highly recommended for couples and travelers. Additionally, the presence of dogs adds an extra layer of security.

I first visited this hotel on 24 dec for 1 day.. at that time, the staff behaviour was really good. Then again visited the hotel on 5th January. Paid in advance and booked a room. However, they gave a different room with poor ambience and also charged extra for the pathetic room. Asked them to book a cab for my daughter. They said it will be 3000 for dropping to Majitar, Sikkim. Paid 1500 advance. And transferred the remaining 1500 to the driver's account. For this, the hotel staff came barging at the hotel room in the night 9:15 PM and harassed a single lady staying there and started arguing with her. Most humbly, I request everyone (specially parents) not to visit this PATHETIC HOTEL as You and ur daughters/ sisters will not feel safe around the sick hotel staff..
