Hotel Himalayan Regency

Decent price but the room could have been better and the TV was not working. We also booked their auto to go to the station next morning. The auto did not arrive on time and we had to book our own.

The property is on the main road and easy access to NJP Rly Stn & Bagdogra airport.

Kind of ok rooms,even the service is also okay. Wish the rooms were a bit more clean. All it is up for it's prime location near the Railway Station.

The room is average and the staff's behaviour is very good, but the owner's behaviour is very very bad, she has no manners on how to talk with guests. Continue staying by force and add extra charges for room tariffs, which is illegal.

I stayed here on 11.04.24 in family AC room , 105. Toilet wash basin blocked. When complained , the staff said the person person to do repair work is not available that day. No drinking water provided. Water heater is switched on from reception. In night it looked like a ladies hostel. All the door to go out is locked. And the only staff available is sleeping in 4th floor. After much try he came down to open the door in the morning. When asked, he say, he have to do morning duty also with the night. Not happy with the stay.

Good location,rooms are clean but lack basic amenities like tv, geyser, slippers. Staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel is quiet and no disturbance at night. Budget hotel with minimal facilities but great accessibility and location.
