HOTEL HILL VIEW LODGE

Rooms are very bad. Bedsheets dirty, used towels were given. The price I paid was 1200 per night but it wasn't worth it. Geyser in the bathroom wasn't working.

The hotel is pretty good except for the room rates was exorbitantly high, we got this room at a great deal after a bargain I guess I could check in but bargain to crack a deal.decent hotel to stay, amidst the njp area all the fooding zones nearby well within reach.

I visited this hotel on 3rd July 2024, recommenced by an auto driver who is a relative of the staff.Unfortunately, my stay was quite disappointing. The hotel room lacked basic amenities like there was no soap in the bathroom, no mirror in the room and the bed sheet was dirty upon arrival. Moreover, I encountered rude behavior from the old receptionist. These issues collectively made for an unpleasant experience and I cannot recommend this hotel.

Bad conduct! The staff is utterly unprofessional and foul mouthed. Bathrooms were extremly smelly and bed had bedbugs. It also fealt a little sketchy with intoxicated people roaming in hallways.

A father-son duo runs this hotel, but they don't communicate with each other. I asked for hot water at night, and they refused. Later, I asked for a bottle of drinking water, which cost 80 rupees. I gave a 100-rupee note, but the old man didn't have change. I offered to pay through UPI, but the old man refused because he didn't understand it and denied giving me water. So, I had to pay 100 rupees and never got my change back because the father never told his son about this. When I asked his son for a refund, he said he didn't know anything about it. Apart from this, the old man is extremely rude and unapologetic for his behavior. Better to avoid this hotel."

Absolutely pathetic service and incredibly rude behavior. If you don't want to be treated like garbage, avoid this place at all costs. I stayed here for one night while traveling to Darjeeling and had the worst experience of my life. I was with my family, and we left 3 hours before checkout because we couldn't stand it anymore. The old man is beyond rude and has no idea how to treat guests. This place is a nightmare!

Located at NJP station road. Service is not that good. They are not that professional that they should have been. It's completely a service based field and if you are not providing services as per the expectation and amount then who will stay there. I stayed for one night and the service was not good. Customers were fighting with the owner because of their poor service. I don't recommend this.
