Hotel Heritage

It was a short stay at the hotel. The amenities were good and the room was clean and cozy with value for money. The restaurant was well lit and served us delicious food. The housekeeping and restaurant staffs were so polite and courteous however there was a lady at the reception she seemed to be irritated due to the tantrums thrown by my 2 year old kid and she didnt try to hide those irritation it was a bit rude from an hospitality industry standards, however the other guyz in the reception was supportive and cheerful. However the stay was good and i would recommend everyone to stay there but guests with children may get offended sometimes.

I had a wonderful stay at Heritage hotel. Room was very neat and clean. Bathroom was amazing. If you are traveling to Siliguri and looking for a good hotel... Haritage is the best. You won't regret.

Disappointing Stay - Poor Service & Facilities My stay at this hotel was quite unpleasant. The room had a serious mosquito problem, and despite informing the staff, no spray or proper solution was provided. Eventually, they gave me a mosquito racket, but that didn't help much--I spent the entire night battling mosquitoes instead of sleeping. To make matters worse, there was no water in the washroom in the morning, causing significant inconvenience. When I reached out to the reception, their response was slow and unhelpful. The breakfast was another disappointment--very few options and poor quality. Overall, the service and facilities were far below expectations. I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless they seriously improve their management and guest experience.

Awesome room with all new amenities and new look. Service was ok...somewhere not happy.location is great for traveller as it is near bus stand. But bit ukward for family to stay as there is a bar attached to the hotel

I recently stayed at Hotel Heritage, and while my overall experience was pleasant, there were some areas that could use improvement. The hotel's ambiance is charming, offering a blend of modern comfort with traditional touches. My room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape. The location is another highlight, as it's conveniently situated near popular attractions, making it easy to explore the area. However, the one aspect that left me a bit disappointed was the service. While the staff was friendly, the overall efficiency of the service fell short of my expectations. There were delays with room service and housekeeping, and I had to remind the reception multiple times about requests. These delays took away from the otherwise relaxing and enjoyable experience. That being said, the hotel has a lot of potential, and I believe with improvements in service, it could easily earn a five-star rating. The facilities, location, and ambiance are definitely worth recommending, and I hope to see enhancements in service on my next visit. Overall, a solid choice for travelers, with a few minor setbacks.

Its located in a fantastic area.....and the hotel is tooo clean and service was too good

Hotel room are okk.but if you want to go this hotel with your private vehicle I said please change your mind.Recently when i entered the hotel for seeing room I parked my vehicle at lane beside the hotel.police came and give me a challan for illegal parking.hotel did not have any valid parking.I gave 500 rs fine but I parked my vehicle after discussing with hotel manager.so please be careful...lastly I parked my car at valid parking out side of hotel with a charge of rs 200.

The room was specious and clean Staffs are good in manner Food for dinner was tasty but very expensive Over all fine to stay with family
