Hotel Golden Dragon

This is the room I was provided. The room is well lit and bright. It was clean and tidy..the bathroom was also clean. The staffs were very responsive and fast. Overall it was pretty good.

This is the worst hotel I stayed in my lifetime. The toilet was not at all cleaned. It's flush was broken. The wash basin was full of spitts. The bed sheet was ugly. Even a blanket was not provided. Most of the electrical switches were not working. The staffs were not at all co operating.

WARNING: Stay Away From This Horrible Hotel ||If you value your peace of mind, DO NOT stay here. Our experience was a total disaster from the start. The receptionist was beyond rude, almost mocking us while trying to shove us into a shabby room we didn't even book . After a long, exhausting argument, we finally got our room... but honestly, I wish we hadn't.||The room was an absolute nightmare . It was filthy like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks -- there was no intercom, no fan control, and to top it all off, the bedsheets and comforters smelled horrible . I wouldn't wish this stay on my worst enemy.||Save yourself the regret: AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

Worst stay ever, last time i stayed in this hotel they gave a decent room, but this time it was pathetic, the room was dingy, smelly, non ventilated, no amenities, there were spider webs in the bathroom, switchboards popping out of the wall, bedsheet had so many holes, probably damaged by cigarettes, bedsheet and pillow smelt worst. i suppose there were bed bugs too. Advice to the management - Please shut down your hotel and run a tea stall.

It's named Hotel G.D., which some may find difficult to find, as it is not written fully Hotel Golden Dragon on their banner. They have a good location, spacious rooms and also spacious bathroom. The staffs are also courteous. Only problem is they are not repairing/maintaing it properly. They need to fix the night lamp, which was hanging from the walls, broken windows needed to be fixed. Some of the hotel's room doors have some holes in it and also not in door shape (half eaten at the sides). Tiles are coming out. As the hotel is beside the main road it is very dusty, mostly the front facing one's. Otherwise is a very good hotel.

Room condition is very poor. No TV and no wifi. Service is very poor... Bathroom door is broken. Western toilet is damage. Wastage of money. Location is very good.

The room is quite big, but the room needs a lot of improvenent. Most of the switchboards were bad. Washroom was good. location was excellent and very close to njp rail station. The behavior of the staff was very good. I got excellent service from this hotel staff even during midnight checkin and early morning checkout. Recommended.

Please don't get deceived by posting picture on other platform like MMT. Hotel has bed Bugs, water leakage on the floor but Ownership does not care. Poor staffs are humble enough to deal with the situation, which is beyond their control because owner doesn't care to uplift the property and different platforms still posting this property on their platform.
