Hotel Gitanjali

One of the wrost hotel. No room quality maintained, no proper housekeeping, Bed quantity is pathetic and no proper blankets provided by staff and their attitude is on high.

I booked this hotel for my friend and their pathetic hospitality resulted in me losing my friend. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR ANY DECENT STAY. My friend Mr.Pranay Upreti stayed here from 20.07.24 to 21.07.24 and he complained about dirty bed, broken fan and broken toilet. I DIDN'T EXPECT THIS TO HAPPEN TO A FRIEND WHILE STAY AT YOUR HOTEL.

This hotel does not provide me a great experience. There is no parking space. You need to be a sports person to get in the hotel as a big open dranage. Rooms are not that much spacious. They provided cuttle to heat up water, but that was also not working, I tried multiple ports. No hanger to hang wet clothes in the room.

No lift so the top floor for seniors may be a problem. Good interiors and excellent service. Location of the best kind on the way to the hills.
